الحمد لله ثم الحمد لله .
الحمد لله القائل : { يا ايها النبي جاهد الكفار والمنافقين واغلظ عليهم ومأواهم جهنم وبئس المصير } .

والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد القائل : (( من قتل دون ماله فهو شهيد ، ومن قتل دون دمه فهو شهيد ، ومن قتل دون دينه فهو شهيد ، ومن قتل دون أهل فهو شهيد )).

أما بعد :

فهذه الرسالة الثانية إلى اخواننا المسلمين في العراق :

يا أحفاد سعد والمثنى، وخالد والمعنى ، ويا أحفاد صلاح الدين :

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .

أحييكم واحيي جهدكم وجهادكم المبارك ، فقد والله اثخنتم في العدو ، وادخلتم السرور على قلوب المسلمين عامة ، وأهل فلسطين خاصة ، فجزاكم الله خيرا الجزاء ، وان جهادكم جهاد مشكور ، ثبت الله أقدامكم وسدد رميكم .

وابشروا فقد تورطت امريكا في مستنقعات دجلة والفرات ، وقد كان بوش يظن أن العراق ونفطه غنيمة باردة ، فها هو في مأزق حرج بفضل الله تعالى ، وهاهي أمريكا اليوم قد بدأت تصيح بأعلى صوتها وتتضعضع أمام العالم أجمع ، فالحمد لله الذي رد كيدها إلى أن تستنجد بأوباش الناس ، وتتسول الجنود المرتزقة من الشرق والغرب .

ولا غرو فيما فعلتم بأمريكا هذه الفعال ، وأنزلتم بها هذا النكال ، فأنتم أبناء أولئك الفرسان العظام الذين حملوا الإسلام شرقا حتى وصلوا إلى الصين .

واعلموا : أن هذه الحرب هي حملة صليبية جديدة على العالم الإسلامي ، وهي حرب مصيرية للأمة بأسرها ، ولها من التداعيات الخطيرة والاثار السيئة على الإسلام وأهله ما لا يعلم مداه إلا الله .

فيا شباب الإسلام في كل مكان ، ولا سيما في دول الجوار واليمن :

عليكم بالجهاد والتشمير عن ساعد الجد ، واتبعوا الحق ، وأياكم ان تتبعوا الرجال الذين يتبعون أهوائهم ممن تثاقلوا إلى الأرض ، أو ممن ركنوا إلى الذين ظلموا فيرجفوا بكم ويثبطوكم عن هذا الجهاد المبارك .

فقد تعالت اصوات في العراق - كما تعالت من قبل في فلسطين ومصر والاردن واليمن وغيرها - تنادي بالحل السلمي الديمقراطي في التعامل مع الحكومات المرتدة ، أو مع الغزاة من اليهود والصليبين ، بدلا عن القتال في سبيل الله ، لذا وجب التنبيه باختصار على خطورة هذا المنهج الضال المضل ، المخالف لشرع الله ، المعوق عن القتال في سبيله .

فكيف تطيعون مع تعين الجهاد من لم يغزو في سبيل الله ابدا ، افلا تتدبرون ؟! فان أولئك هم الذين عطلوا طاقات الأمة من الرجال الصادقين ، واحتكموا إلى أهواء البشر ، إلى الديمقراطية ؛ دين الجاهلية ، بدخول المجالس التشريعية ، أولئك قد ضلوا ضلال بعيدا ، واضلوا خلقا كثيرا .

فما بال هؤلاء يدخلون مجلس الشرك ، مجلس النواب التشريعي ، الذي هدمه الإسلام ، وبذلك ينهدم رأس الدين ، فماذا بقي لهم ؟! ثم يزعمون انهم على الحق ! انهم على خطأ عظيم ، وعلم الله ان الإسلام من أفعالهم بريء.

فالإسلام ؛ دين الله ، ومجالس النواب التشريعية ؛ دين الجاهلية ، فمن أطاع الأمراء أو العلماء في تحليل ما حرم الله ، كدخول المجالس التشريعية أو تحريم ما أحل الله - كالجهاد في سبيله - فقد اتخذهم أربابا من دون الله ، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله .

ثم اني أوجه النداء للمسلمين عامة ولشعب العراق خاصة ، فاقول لهم :

أياكم ومناصرة قوات امريكا الصليبية ومن شايعها ، وان كل من يتعاون معها وما انبثق عنها - بغض النظر عن الاسماء والمسميات - فهو مرتد كافر .

وكذلك حكم من يناصر الأحزاب الكفرية - كحزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي والاحزاب الكردية الديمقراطية وما شابهها -

ولا يخفى ؛ ان اي حكومة يتم تشكيلها من طرف أمريكا هي حكومة عميلة خائنة ، كسائر حكومات المنطقة ، بما فيها حكومتا كرزاي ومحمود عباس التان انشأتا (لازهاق) الجهاد .

وما خارطة الطريق إلا حلقة جديدة في سلسلة المؤامرات لانهاء الانتفاضة المباركة ، فيجب ان يستمر الجهاد إلى ان تقوم حكومة إسلامية تحكم بشرع الله .

فيا أيها المسلمون :

ان الأمر جد ليس بالهزل ، فمن كان له جهد أو رأي أو (مبدأ) أو بأس أو مال ؛ فهذا وقته ، ففي مثل هذه الأحداث يتمحص الناس ، ويعلم الصادق من الكاذب ، والغيور على الدين من القاعد .

واني لاقول لاخواني المجاهدين في العراق :

اني والله اشاطركم همومكم ، واشعر بشعوركم ، وأغبطكم على ما أنتم فيه من جهاد ، وعلم الله لو وجدت سبيلا إلى ساحاتكم ما قعدت .

وكيف اقعد ، وقد مرنا معنا أن رسولنا صلى الله عليه وسلم - اسوتنا وقدوتنا - قال : (( والذي نفس محمد بيده لولا أن اشق على المسلمين ، ما قعدت خلاف سرية تغزو في سبيل الله ابدا )) ، وقال : (( والذي نفس محمد بيده ؛ لوددت أن اغزو في سبيل الله فاقتل ، ثم اغزو فاقتل ، ثم اغزو فاقتل )) ، فهذا هو طريق نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وهو طريق نصرة الدين ، واقامة دولة المسلمين فالزموه ، ولا يلزمه إلا الصادقون .

فيا معاشر المسلمين ، يا معاشر ربيعة ومضر ، ويا معاشر بني الاكراد :

ارفعوا رايتكم - رفعكم الله - ولا يهولنكم هؤلاء العلوج باسلحتهم ، فان الله قد أوهن كيدهم وأذهب ريحهم ، فلا تروعنكم كثرتهم ، فان قلوبهم خاوية وان أمرهم قد بدأ يضعف ويضطرب عسكريا وكذلك اقتصاديا ، وخاصة بعد يوم نيويورك المبارك بفضل الله .

فقد بلغت خسائرهم بعد الضربة وتداعياتها أكثر من ترليون دولار - أي ألف ألف مليون دولار - وقد سجلو ايضا عجزا في ميزانياتهم للسنة الثالثة على التوالي ، وقد بلغ في هذا العام رقما قياسيا حيث قدر باكثر من اربعمئة وخمسين ألف مليون دولار ، فلله الحمد والمنة .

فاني أقرئكم جميعا السلام ، واقول لكم :

انكم جند الله ، وسهام الإسلام ، وخط الدفاع الأول عن هذه الامة اليوم .

وان الروم قد اجتمعوا تحت راية الصليب لقتال أمة الحبيب محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام ، فاحتسبوا جهادكم ، واني لارجو ان لا يؤتى المسلمون من قبلكم ، فالله الله فيما أئتمنتم عليه ، وما يعلق عليكم بعد الله من آمال عظام ، فلا تفضحوا المسلمين اليوم ، وتمثلوا بما تمثل به سعد رضي الله عنه يوم الخندق ، حيث قال :

لبث قليلا .............. يلحق الهيجا حمل
لا باس بالموت ........... إذا حان الأجل

أجل ؛ لا باس بالموت إذا حان العجل.

اللهم هذا يوم من أيامك ، فخذ بقلوب شباب الإسلام ونواصيهم إلى الجهاد في سبيلك.
اللهم اربط على عقيدتهم وثبت اقدامهم ، وسدد رميهم والف بين قلوبهم .
اللهم انزل نصرك على عبادك المجاهدين في كل مكان ، في فلسطين والعراق والشيشان وكشمير والفلبين وافغانستان .
اللهم فرج عن اخواننا الأسرى في سجون الطغاة ، في أمريكا وغوانتانامو وفي فلسطين المحتلة والرياض، وفي كل مكان ، انك على كل شيء قدير .
اللهم ربنا افرغ علينا صبرا وثبت اقدامنا وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين .

{ والله غالب على امره ولكن اكثر الناس لا يعلمون }.
