-المداهمات ونقاط التفتيش انتشرت كالوباء في كل المدن والبلدات وعلى كل الطرق والتفتيش وصل الى كل شيء ... فكل بيت تم تفتيشه لم تترك فيه ذرة رماد لم يتم الاطلاع عليها
- صعوبة الاتصال بين أفراد التنظيم الواحد في المناطق المختلفة نتيجة التغير المستمر لمواقع تمركزهم وتجمعهم وهي ميزة في حالات الاختراق
- الاعتقالات في صفوف المجاهدين بل بشكل أكبر في من يتعاونون معهم ويوفرون الدعم اللوجيستي الأمني والمعلوماتي وحتى الدعم المعنوي زادت بشكل كبير جدا
- محدودية انتشار بعض الفصائل حيث لها قاعدة عملياتية في مناطق بعينها فاذا هوجمت هذه المناطق وجدوا صعوبة في ايجاد أرضية جديدة ومثال ذلك الجيش السري الاسلامي .. منطقته الساسية الفلوجة مع وجود سرية أو اثنتين تعملان بين بغداد وتكريت وسامراء كذلك جيش محمد الذي يتركز نشاطه في الفلوجة والرمادي مع انه أرسل بعض المجموعات لتنفيذ هجمات في البصرة وسرايا الغضب الاسلامي التي يتركز نشاطها في الفلوجة بل وفي بعض أحيائها بالذات وكذلك الحركة الاسلامية لمجاهدي العراق التي يتركز نشاطها في الرمادي ومحيطها بينما نجحت بعض الفصائل الخرى في خلق أرضية جديدة في مناطق لم يعرف انتشارهم فيها من قبل مثل اتجاه جيش انصار السنة منذ أشهر قليلة للانتشار جنوبا في مناطق اللطيفية والنعيمية والكرمة والدورة بعد أن تركز نشاطه في مناطق الشمال كذلك نجاح تنظيم القاعدة في تثبيت قاعدة انطلاق أساسية لعملياته داخل بغداد نفسها " شارع حيفا " ومحاولة تنفيذ بعضعمليات القصف و الاغتيالات في مناطق الكوت والديوانية والحلةوكذلك محاولات الجيش الاسلامي في العراق تخفيف الضغط على مجاميعه في اللطيفية وجنوب بغداد بالانتشار لبعضها في محيط الفلوجة بل ومعلومات عن ارساله بعض المجاميع الى الموصل وتلعفر وأخيرا قيام بعض العناصر من كتائب ثورة العشرين بتنفيذ كمائن وعمليات زرع عبوات في البصرة
- زيادة الجواسيس ومحاولات الاختراق بشكل لايوصف مع استمرار المجاهدين في نفس الوقت في كشف الكثير منهم واعدامهم
- سوء التغطية الاعلامية من الوكالات والشبكات الفضائية للعديد من الهجمات المؤثرة للمجاهدين واقتصار معظم التغطية داخل المدن
- اعتقال عدد ولو انه محدود من قادة المجاهدين والخبراء بالعلم العسكري
- النقص المتوقع في الذخائر خلال اشهر خاصة المواد المتفجرة والداخلة في تركيبها خاصة بالنظر الى عدة عوامل منها تزايد معدل العمليات وازدياد عمليات المداهمة للمخازن المؤقتة للمجاهدين والتجار على حد سواء- أما المخازن الكبيرة فمعظمها اّمن والحمد لله - مما أدى لصعوبة ايجاد كميات مناسبة في الأسواق حاليا وارتفاع ثمنه كثيرا ان وجد
- استهداف مناطق رئيسية لانطلاق العمليات وتجمع المجاهدين كالفلوجة والرمادي وتلعفر وسامراء واللطيفية قريبا ثم بعقوبة والقائم وشارع حيفا
- ارتفاع معدل العمليات أدى لارتفاع عدد الشهداء والمصابين كثيرا في الفترة الأخيرة
ومن الميزات التي تحققت في الفترة الأخيرة :ء
- انضمام أعداد كبيرة للمجاهدين في الفترة الأخيرة خاصة في صفوف الشباب وهذا من نتائج هجوم الفلوجة وبعض الفتاوى الداخلية والخارجية وهو أيضا من أبرز بركات شهر رمضان وكذلك بسبب زيادة وتحسين العمل الاعلامي للمجاهدين بين الناس ولهذا بعض العيوب فهم أقل خبرة ولاتوجد فرص زمانية أو مكانية لاكسابهم التدريب الكافي كما كان من قبل كما ان ذلك من أسباب نقص الذخيرة
- انتشار تنظيمات ومجاميع جهادية في مناطق لم يسبق ظهورهم فيها او حدوث عمليات واسعة بها مثل الزيادة الواضحة في الموصل منذ شهر أو يزيد وظهور هيت كنقطة ساخنة منذ فترة وارتفاع المعدلات في الدورة واللطيفية وراوة وكركوك وغيرها من المناطق التي كانت تعد باردة نسبيا
- انتشار روح لدي السكان تدعو لمساندة المجاهدين وتفتخر بعملياتهم وتتحاكى ببطولاتهم
- زيادة القدرة الميدانية لدى المجاهدين على النزول للشوارع والسيطرة الميدانية في مناطق حساسة واسقاط بعض المدن التي تفتقر لتواجد علاوي كبير خلال ساعات كما حدث في الموصل وحديثة وما ذكره لي بعض سكان الموصل بانهم لم يتخيلوا ان عدد المجاهدين من أبناء المدينة بهذا الحجم الكبير ومن ميزات هذه العمليات صداها الاعلامي الواسع بينما من عيوبها ازدياد الخطر الأمني على مواقع انطلاق وتجميع المجاهدين وازدياد نسبة الخسائر في صفوفهم - مع زيادتها في صفوف العدو أيضا
- زيادة الرهبة لدى الأمريكان وحلفائهم من المجاهدين وهذا ملحوظ بشكل لا يحتاج الى تدليل وبنفس الوقت ارتفاع الثقة لدى المجاهدين
- استحداث وابتكار أسلحة وذخائر جديدة مثل القاذفات المضادة للدروع و الصواريخ أرض - أرض قصيرة المدى وغيرها الكثير وهي أسلحة روعي في تصنيعها سهولة الاستخدام ودقة التوجيه أكثر من مراعاة القوة التدميرية
- استحداث وابتكار أساليب خداعية جديدة والقيام بعمليات نوعية مؤثرة ولو معنويا مثل استهداف الزوارق غرب الفلوجة وعملية اقتحام فندق السدير - مقر الموساد في بغداد - والعمليات الاستشهادية في المنطقة الخضراء وعمليات ضرب الزوارق في البصرة واستهداف العملاء العائدين من التدريب من الأردن وغزوة ال50 الكبرى قرب بعقوبة وأسر واعدام مخابرات علاوي بشارع حيفا وعملية ال*** المفخخ حيث أفرغ *** ميت من أحشائه وملأ بالمتفجرات ثم ترك ليدمر مدرعتين للعلوج وبعد أن صارت الدبابت الأمريكية تقصف اي سيارة متوقفة على جوانب الطرق قبل ان تصل اليها خوفا من أن تكون مفخخة تفتق الذهن العراقي عن فكرة تفخيخ الدراجات البخارية بل وحتى سيارات الشرطة التي تستولي عليها المقاومة
- انسحاب القوات من بعض القواعد نتيجة زيادة واستمرار القصف عليها كما حدث بالموصل واحدى القواعد قرب الرمادي ولكنهم مهما زاد القصف لايتركون قواعدهم الأساسية كمطار بغداد ومطار كركوك والبكر والحبانية وعين الأسد
خيارات عدة أمامنا منها :ء
- اعادة معدل وأساليب العمليات لما قبل الهجوم على الفلوجة والاقتصار على زرع العبوات والاغتيالات والكمائن الليلية وقصف القواعد ثم اعادة التصعيد قبل اسبوع من الانتخابات علما بأن بعض المجاميع قد صعدت من هجماتها اّخيرا مع عدم الابتعاد عن تلك الأساليب الامنة ومن ميزات هذا الاسلوب ... حفظ لأمن المجاهدين بشكل اكبر وعدم ظهور مشكلة الذخائر ومن عيوبه اتاحة الفرصة للعدو للهجوم والسيطرة بل والراحة احيانا
- خيار اّخر يقضي باستمرار وتصعيد الاسلوب الحالي من الانتشار والاشتباك المباشر واظهار السيطرة لزيادة الضغط وتشتيت قوى العدو " وقوانا أيضا "مع ماسبق وذكرناه من ميزات وعيوب هذا الاسلوب

- محدودية انتشار بعض الفصائل حيث لها قاعدة عملياتية في مناطق بعينها فاذا هوجمت هذه المناطق وجدوا صعوبة في ايجاد أرضية جديدة ومثال ذلك الجيش السري الاسلامي .. منطقته الساسية الفلوجة مع وجود سرية أو اثنتين تعملان بين بغداد وتكريت وسامراء كذلك جيش محمد الذي يتركز نشاطه في الفلوجة والرمادي مع انه أرسل بعض المجموعات لتنفيذ هجمات في البصرة وسرايا الغضب الاسلامي التي يتركز نشاطها في الفلوجة بل وفي بعض أحيائها بالذات وكذلك الحركة الاسلامية لمجاهدي العراق التي يتركز نشاطها في الرمادي ومحيطها بينما نجحت بعض الفصائل الخرى في خلق أرضية جديدة في مناطق لم يعرف انتشارهم فيها من قبل مثل اتجاه جيش انصار السنة منذ أشهر قليلة للانتشار جنوبا في مناطق اللطيفية والنعيمية والكرمة والدورة بعد أن تركز نشاطه في مناطق الشمال كذلك نجاح تنظيم القاعدة في تثبيت قاعدة انطلاق أساسية لعملياته داخل بغداد نفسها " شارع حيفا " ومحاولة تنفيذ بعضعمليات القصف و الاغتيالات في مناطق الكوت والديوانية والحلةوكذلك محاولات الجيش الاسلامي في العراق تخفيف الضغط على مجاميعه في اللطيفية وجنوب بغداد بالانتشار لبعضها في محيط الفلوجة بل ومعلومات عن ارساله بعض المجاميع الى الموصل وتلعفر وأخيرا قيام بعض العناصر من كتائب ثورة العشرين بتنفيذ كمائن وعمليات زرع عبوات في البصرة
- زيادة الجواسيس ومحاولات الاختراق بشكل لايوصف مع استمرار المجاهدين في نفس الوقت في كشف الكثير منهم واعدامهم
- سوء التغطية الاعلامية من الوكالات والشبكات الفضائية للعديد من الهجمات المؤثرة للمجاهدين واقتصار معظم التغطية داخل المدن
- اعتقال عدد ولو انه محدود من قادة المجاهدين والخبراء بالعلم العسكري
- النقص المتوقع في الذخائر خلال اشهر خاصة المواد المتفجرة والداخلة في تركيبها خاصة بالنظر الى عدة عوامل منها تزايد معدل العمليات وازدياد عمليات المداهمة للمخازن المؤقتة للمجاهدين والتجار على حد سواء- أما المخازن الكبيرة فمعظمها اّمن والحمد لله - مما أدى لصعوبة ايجاد كميات مناسبة في الأسواق حاليا وارتفاع ثمنه كثيرا ان وجد
- استهداف مناطق رئيسية لانطلاق العمليات وتجمع المجاهدين كالفلوجة والرمادي وتلعفر وسامراء واللطيفية قريبا ثم بعقوبة والقائم وشارع حيفا
- ارتفاع معدل العمليات أدى لارتفاع عدد الشهداء والمصابين كثيرا في الفترة الأخيرة
ومن الميزات التي تحققت في الفترة الأخيرة :ء
- انضمام أعداد كبيرة للمجاهدين في الفترة الأخيرة خاصة في صفوف الشباب وهذا من نتائج هجوم الفلوجة وبعض الفتاوى الداخلية والخارجية وهو أيضا من أبرز بركات شهر رمضان وكذلك بسبب زيادة وتحسين العمل الاعلامي للمجاهدين بين الناس ولهذا بعض العيوب فهم أقل خبرة ولاتوجد فرص زمانية أو مكانية لاكسابهم التدريب الكافي كما كان من قبل كما ان ذلك من أسباب نقص الذخيرة
- انتشار تنظيمات ومجاميع جهادية في مناطق لم يسبق ظهورهم فيها او حدوث عمليات واسعة بها مثل الزيادة الواضحة في الموصل منذ شهر أو يزيد وظهور هيت كنقطة ساخنة منذ فترة وارتفاع المعدلات في الدورة واللطيفية وراوة وكركوك وغيرها من المناطق التي كانت تعد باردة نسبيا
- انتشار روح لدي السكان تدعو لمساندة المجاهدين وتفتخر بعملياتهم وتتحاكى ببطولاتهم
- زيادة القدرة الميدانية لدى المجاهدين على النزول للشوارع والسيطرة الميدانية في مناطق حساسة واسقاط بعض المدن التي تفتقر لتواجد علاوي كبير خلال ساعات كما حدث في الموصل وحديثة وما ذكره لي بعض سكان الموصل بانهم لم يتخيلوا ان عدد المجاهدين من أبناء المدينة بهذا الحجم الكبير ومن ميزات هذه العمليات صداها الاعلامي الواسع بينما من عيوبها ازدياد الخطر الأمني على مواقع انطلاق وتجميع المجاهدين وازدياد نسبة الخسائر في صفوفهم - مع زيادتها في صفوف العدو أيضا
- زيادة الرهبة لدى الأمريكان وحلفائهم من المجاهدين وهذا ملحوظ بشكل لا يحتاج الى تدليل وبنفس الوقت ارتفاع الثقة لدى المجاهدين
- استحداث وابتكار أسلحة وذخائر جديدة مثل القاذفات المضادة للدروع و الصواريخ أرض - أرض قصيرة المدى وغيرها الكثير وهي أسلحة روعي في تصنيعها سهولة الاستخدام ودقة التوجيه أكثر من مراعاة القوة التدميرية
- استحداث وابتكار أساليب خداعية جديدة والقيام بعمليات نوعية مؤثرة ولو معنويا مثل استهداف الزوارق غرب الفلوجة وعملية اقتحام فندق السدير - مقر الموساد في بغداد - والعمليات الاستشهادية في المنطقة الخضراء وعمليات ضرب الزوارق في البصرة واستهداف العملاء العائدين من التدريب من الأردن وغزوة ال50 الكبرى قرب بعقوبة وأسر واعدام مخابرات علاوي بشارع حيفا وعملية ال*** المفخخ حيث أفرغ *** ميت من أحشائه وملأ بالمتفجرات ثم ترك ليدمر مدرعتين للعلوج وبعد أن صارت الدبابت الأمريكية تقصف اي سيارة متوقفة على جوانب الطرق قبل ان تصل اليها خوفا من أن تكون مفخخة تفتق الذهن العراقي عن فكرة تفخيخ الدراجات البخارية بل وحتى سيارات الشرطة التي تستولي عليها المقاومة
- انسحاب القوات من بعض القواعد نتيجة زيادة واستمرار القصف عليها كما حدث بالموصل واحدى القواعد قرب الرمادي ولكنهم مهما زاد القصف لايتركون قواعدهم الأساسية كمطار بغداد ومطار كركوك والبكر والحبانية وعين الأسد
خيارات عدة أمامنا منها :ء
- اعادة معدل وأساليب العمليات لما قبل الهجوم على الفلوجة والاقتصار على زرع العبوات والاغتيالات والكمائن الليلية وقصف القواعد ثم اعادة التصعيد قبل اسبوع من الانتخابات علما بأن بعض المجاميع قد صعدت من هجماتها اّخيرا مع عدم الابتعاد عن تلك الأساليب الامنة ومن ميزات هذا الاسلوب ... حفظ لأمن المجاهدين بشكل اكبر وعدم ظهور مشكلة الذخائر ومن عيوبه اتاحة الفرصة للعدو للهجوم والسيطرة بل والراحة احيانا
- خيار اّخر يقضي باستمرار وتصعيد الاسلوب الحالي من الانتشار والاشتباك المباشر واظهار السيطرة لزيادة الضغط وتشتيت قوى العدو " وقوانا أيضا "مع ماسبق وذكرناه من ميزات وعيوب هذا الاسلوب
