كما أدركت الأمة أن هذه الدولة التي تتربع على أكبر مخزون نفطي في العالم وتنتج خمس إنتاج العالم تتحول إلى دولة مدينة بدين قومي يتجاوز ضعف ناتجها القومي وتنهار فيها خدمات الصحة والتعليم والطرق والماء والكهرباء وتفرض على الناس الرسوم والضرائب وتلاحقهم بالمطالبات والمخالفات الحكومية المتعددة.
ونجحت الأمة في التعرف على أن السبب في كل هذا الدمار هو الأسرة الحاكمة ذاتها التي تعامل االبلد كما لو كان امتلاكا موروثا يمتلك ابنائها مقدراته ويمتلكون هويته ويمتلكون مصيره ويمتلكون شعبه رجالا ونساءا.
ولقد تابعت الأمة محاولات المطالبة بالإصلاح وشهدت كيف أن رد فعل النظام كان دائما المزيد من التمادي في الاستبداد والطغيان والفساد. وكان أسلوب الحكام في الرد على خطاب المطالب ومذكرة النصيحة ولجنة الدفاع عن الحقوق الشرعية وغيرها من المعالم الرئيسية في مسيرة المطالبة بالإصلاح دليلا على هذا التمادي الذي شهدته الأمة حتى استقر لدى كل مطلع أن هذه الأسرة قطعا وجزما لا تريد الإصلاح.
لكن التمادي لم يكن مقتصرا على النظام نفسه بصفته المؤسسية بل إن أفراد الأسرة الحاكمة نفسهم تمادوا في استخدام سلطتهم المطلقة ومناعتهم من أي عقوبة وحصانتهم القانونية والقضائية وشعورهم بامتلاك الناس وأعراضهم وأموالهم فأسرفوا في إهانة الناس وإذلالهم ونهب أموالهم والاعتداء على أعراضهم. وبدلا من أن يسعى أصحاب النفوذ لمنع هذا التمادي فقد دعموه ووفروا الظروف لكل مفسد من هذه العائلة ليستغل نفوذه كما يريد في إيذاء الآخرين وإهانتهم والاعتداء على أموالهم وأعراضهم وكرامتهم.
ولقد تابعت الأمة أمرا آخر أكثر خطورة وهو ما أصاب الأسرة الحاكمة منذ مرض الملك فهد من فوضى وتنازع نفوذ ومع ذلك يتظاهر المتصارعون بأن الملك فهد هو الحاكم رغم عجزه العقلي والذهني. وتحول كل طرف من هذه الأطراف إلى دولة داخل دولة وتسابق الجميع في نهب أموال الشعب وإيذاء أهله والاعتداء عليهم وعلى أعراضهم وأتضح بما لا يدع مجالا للشك عجز أي طرف من القدرة على الهيمنة على الأطراف الأخرى. ولقد تيقن الشعب بعد ذلك أن الأسرة الحاكمة ليست رافضة للإصلاح فحسب بل لا تستطيع الإصلاح بسبب هذه الفوضى وغياب القيادة المسيطرة عليها.
وعليه فنحن أمام الحقائق التالية
أولا الحكم السعودي ساقط شرعيا وليس له ولاية ولا طاعة بل هو عدو للإسلام وعدو لشعبه وإزالته واستبداله بحكم صالح واجب.
ثانيا الحجة قامت على هذا الحكم من خلال ما تلقى من نصائح ومطالب وعرائض سوى الرسائل السرية والأحاديث الشفوية.
ثالثا أن درجة الفساد والظلم بلغت درجة خطيرة تنذر بشكل صريح بالعذاب الدنيوي المنزل من السماء إن لم تبادر الأمة إلى السعي للتغيير.
رابعا أن طبيعة النظام وتركيبته وطريقته في التعامل مع الإصلاح أثبتت بما لايدع مجالا للشك أن النظام لا يريد الإصلاح ولا يستطيع الإصلاح
وبهذا فقد أصبح التغيير الشامل الذي يفرضه الشعب نفسه ويزيل به منهجية الحكم بالامتلاك ويحل محلها الحكم بالشورى والمحاسبة والشفافية والحريات فرضا شرعيا وضرورة فورية من أجل إنقاذ هذا البلد من الدمار الذي سيحل به.
وقد سعت الحركة الإسلامية للإصلاح سعيا حثيثا لأن تهيء الأمة لهذه المرحلة ونجحت في فضح أكاذيب النظام وبيانه على حقيقته ونجحت في إشراك الأمة في عملية حوار كبيرة شاركت فيها كل الشرائح. وكان تجاوب الشعب مع هذا الطرح عظيما شجاعا جادا ثريا بالمبادرة وحسن التنظيم تمثل في قائمة الإصلاح التي تجاوز الرقم فيها خمسين ألفا من الأشخاص الذين أعلنوا دعمهم للحركة ورفضهم للنظام. لكن الخطوة التي تحولت إلى معلم حضاري في تاريخ هذه البلاد هو مبادرة القبائل والعوائل والمناطق بتلاوة البيانات الصريحة في البراءة من هذا الحكم والانضمام تحت لواء حركة الإصلاح.
ومع فساد النظام وسقوط شرعيته وعجزه عن الإصلاح ووعي الشعب بقبائله ومناطقه بواقعه واستعداده لخلع الظالم فإن الحركة تعتقد أن الظروف قد تهيأت للشروع في عمل شامل يهدف صراحة لاستبدال منهجية الحكم الحالية بمنهجية مقبولة من قبل الأمة.
ولهذه الاسباب قد قررت الحركة الإسلامية للإصلاح الدعوة لمسيرة شاملة في الرياض وجدة في يوم الخميس الرابع من ذي القعدة 1425 هـ الموافق للسادس عشر من ديسمبر 2004 م يكون هدفها الواضح وشعارها الصريح تحقيق هذا الاستبدال الكامل لمنهج الحكم سواء تم من أول مسيرة أو بعد تتابع المسيرات والأعمال الميدانية الكبيرة.
وتلتزم الحركة بأن تكون المظاهرة سلمية خاصة أنها ستجري في الشهر الحرام ولكن الحركة لا تستطيع منع المتظاهرين من الدفاع عن انفسهم إذا تعرضوا لأي اعتداء من قبل رجال الأمن أو القوات المسلحة أو قوات مستعارة من دول أخرى.
وتشدد الحركة على أن هذا الزحف زحف شامل سواء تمت فيها المهمة في المرة الأولى أو تمت من خلال عدة خطوات. وتؤكد الحركة أن جميع شرائح المجتمع ومناطقه مدعوة للمشاركة في هذا الزحف. كما تؤكد على أن المرأة مدعوة للمشاركة وهناك خطوات سوف تتخذ لمنع تعرض النساء لسوء المعاملة خلال المسيرة.
وتشير الحركة إلى أن هذه المسيرة ما دامت تمثل وسيلة فعالة في تحقيق التغيير المطلوب شرعا فإنها ربما تعتبر واجبا على كل من لا يستطيع أن يحقق التغيير بسواها
وبهذه المناسبة فإننا نوجه الرسائل التالية
الرسالة الأولى للمتنفذين من آل سعود نقول إن الحجة قد قامت عليكم ويبدو أن الفرصة ذهبت عنكم إلى الأبد ولا نعتقد أن الكبرياء الذي تعيشونه يسمح لكم بالتفكير في أي عرض ولكن من كان منكم لديه بقية باقية من المنطق فربما هناك هامش للتخفيف من العقوبة التي تنتظره وذلك بالتعجيل بتسيلم السلطة للشعب.
الرسالة الثانية لبقية أبناء الأسرة الحاكمة من غير المتنفذين لكنهم من الذين يمارسون إيذاء للناس من خلال سلطتهم وحصانتهم فهؤلاء لهم فرصة أخيرة لإعلان برائتهم من المتنفذين مع أن ذلك لا يسقط عنهم الحق الخاص عمن آذوهم شخصيا.
الرسالة الثالثة لبقية أبناء الأسرة ممن لم يتعرضوا لأحد بأذى فهؤلاء لا نستطيع ضمان حمايتهم إلا إن عجلوا الآن بالبراءة علنا من أصحاب النفوذ
الرسالة الرابعة لعلماء الدين الرسميين الذين يفتون بشرعية الظلم وتجريم المصلحين فهؤلاء سيعاملون معاملة المفتئتين على الدين بسبب ما تسببوا به من إضفاء للشرعية على الظلم والطغيان والقمع والاستبداد بل من فساد وانحراف وكفر وإلحاد. ولهم فرصة أخيرة بإعلان برائتهم من النظام قبل أن يفوت الأوان.
الرسالة الخامسة للعلماء غير الرسميين نقول إن مواقفكم مرصودة ومن اتخذ موقفا مشابها للعلماء الرسميين فسيحاسب على أساس ذلك
الرسالة السادسة لرجال الأمن والقوات المسلحة والتي تبين من خلال بيانات التأييد للحركة أن جزءا كبيرا منها متعاطف مع الإصلاح وربما يقف مع الحركة خلال مرحلة التغيير. ونقول للمتعاطفين وفقكم الله وهذا ما نتوقعه منكم ونقول للمترددين اعزموا على الوقوف مع الشعب ضد الظالمين. ونقول للموالين للظالم إنتبهوا فإنكم مرصودون والنظام ساقط لا محالة وستحاسبون على وقوفكم معه في لحظات سقوطه وعلى ما صدر عنكم من تصرف وسيحاسب كل منكم على قدر ما صدر عنه. ونود أن نؤكد أنه بعد أن يوفقا الله للتغير الشامل فإن من التزم بتوجيهات الحركة سيبقى في منصبه حتى تتم إعادة هيكلة النظام الأمني والعسكري بالكامل.
الرسالة السابعة للعاملين في الإعلام سواء منهم صاحب الكلمة أو صاحب الآلة، عليهم أن يتخذو وقت الزحف المنتظر موقفا واضحا مع الشعب ويجعلوا أجهزة الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة لصالح الشعب وسيحاسب كل عامل في هذه الأجهزة على أساس موقفه وقت المواجهة.
الرسالة الثامنة لموظفي الاتصالات والذين يتوقع أن يتعرضوا لمطالب تتعارض مع مراد الشعب مثل إغلاق الشبكات وقت الزحف أو منع الاتصال بالخارج أو كل ما يؤدي إلى حرمان الشعب من الاستفادة من الاتصالات وقصرها على الحكم الظالم. ونحن على علم بأن عددا كبيرا من هؤلاء الموظفين إصلاحيون مناهضون لسياسة النظام فعليهم أن يقفوا مع المسيرة ويرفضوا الأوامر ونتمنى أن لا يتعرضوا لمسائلة بعد ذلك بسبب مخالفة إرادة الشعب.
الرسالة التاسعة للمسؤولين عن الشؤون المالية والنفط والتجارة وخاصة موظفي مؤسسة النقد ووزارة المالية فهؤلاء عليهم أن يحافظوا على الوثائق والمعلومات حتى يمكن الاستفادة منها لحماية حقوق الأمة التي يريد النظام أن يخفيها.
الرسالة العاشرة لرجال المال والمستثمرين سواء من أبناء البلد أو من خارجه فهؤلاء نطمئنهم أن سياسة الاستثمار لن تتأثر بل ستتحسن بعد أن يزول الاحتكار والتلاعب بالقضاء واطمئنوا بعون الله على أموالكم وأصولكم وينبغي أن لا يتعرض أحد لشيء من ذلك إلا بقضاء شرعي مستقل.
الرسالة الحادية عشرة للمقيمين من غير حملة جنسية هذه البلاد عليهم أن يطمئنوا أنهم محميون إلى أن يبلغوا مأمنهم وتفاصيل أوضاعهم بعد ذلك مرتبطة بالتغييرات التي ستحصل بالبنية التحتية والأنظمة
الرسالة الثانية عشرة للدول الأخرى التي لها علاقة متميزة مع آل سعود ننصحها بعدم التدخل في هذا الأمر إلا إن كان نصيحة آل سعود بتسليم السلطة للشعب كما نضمن لها أن العلاقة ستكون علاقة مبنية على المصالح وليس على الشعارات
ومع اقتراب موعد الزحف فإن الحركة توجه بالتالي
على رجال الأمن حصار بوابات قصور الأمراء ومنعهم من الفرار والاختفاء
على موظفي الطيران المدني والطيارين وغيرهم ممن يستخدمون في هذا القطاع إقفال حركة الطيران حتى لو استدعى الأمر إقفال المدارج لمنع هروب الذين سرقوا هذه البلاد
على من لديهم معلومات سرية عن خطط سرية لهروب الأمراء سواء بمطارات سرية او بموانيء سرية أو غيرها أن يبادروا بالتعاون مع الحركة لمنع آل سعود من الاستفادة من ذلك
على العاملين في المباحث حاليا أن يبذلوا قصارى جهدهم في منع النظام من التمكن من الاصلاحيين

دعت الحركة الاسلامية للاصلاح (معارضة سعودية مقرها لندن) مناصريها الي مظاهرات عارمة في جدة والرياض يوم الخميس 16 كانون الاول (ديسمبر) الحالي.
واصدرت الحركة بيانا تلاه المتحدث الرسمي للحركة الدكتور سعد الفقيه اتهم فيه النظام السعودي الذي يزعم الشرعية الدينية إنما يحارب الإسلام باسم الإسلام ويتلاعب بمقدرات الأمة ويبث الفساد والرذيلة وينشر المخدرات ويحارب الإصلاح بسلاح الدين. وتحول هذا البلد الذي كان واحة للأستقرار والاستقامة إلي مرتع للفقر والبطالة والجريمة والفساد المالي والإداري والأخلاقي والتفكك الأسري والأمراض الإجتماعية والتخلف التعليمي والتربوي .
واضاف الفقيه نجحت الأمة في التعرف علي أن السبب في كل هذا الدمار هو الأسرة الحاكمة (...) ولقد تابعت الأمة محاولات المطالبة بالإصلاح وشهدت كيف أن رد فعل النظام كان دائما المزيد من التمادي في الاستبداد والطغيان والفساد. وكان أسلوب الحكام في الرد علي خطاب المطالب ومذكرة النصيحة ولجنة الدفاع عن الحقوق الشرعية وغيرها من المعالم الرئيسية في مسيرة المطالبة بالإصلاح دليلا علي هذا التمادي الذي شهدته الأمة حتي استقر لدي كل مطلع أن هذه الأسرة قطعا وجزما لا تريد الإصلاح .
وقال البيان ان التمادي لم يكن مقتصرا علي النظام نفسه بصفته المؤسسية بل إن أفراد الأسرة الحاكمة نفسهم تمادوا في استخدام سلطتهم المطلقة ومناعتهم من أي عقوبة وحصانتهم القانونية والقضائية وشعورهم بامتلاك الناس وأعراضهم وأموالهم فأسرفوا فـــــي إهانة الناس وإذلالهم ونهب أموالهم والاعتداء علي أعراضهم.
وبدلا من أن يسعي أصحاب النفوذ لمنع هذا التمادي فقد دعموه ووفروا الظروف لكل مفسد من هذه العائلة ليستغل نفوذه كما يريد في إيذاء الآخرين وإهانتهم والاعتداء علي أموالهم وأعراضهم وكرامتهم .
وقال الفقيه ان الحكم السعودي ساقط شرعيا وليست له ولاية ولا طاعة بل هو عدو للإسلام وعدو لشعبه وإزالته واستبداله بحكم صالح واجب. وأن درجة الفساد والظلم بلغت درجة خطيرة تنذر بشكل صريح بالعذاب الدنيوي المنزل من السماء إن لم تبادر الأمة إلي السعي للتغيير.
وقال ان التغيير الشامل الذي يفرضه الشعب نفسه ويزيل به منهجية الحكم بالامتلاك ويحل محلها الحكم بالشوري والمحاسبة والشفافية والحريات اصبح فرضا شرعيا وضرورة فورية من أجل إنقاذ هذا البلد من الدمار الذي سيحل به .

بعد المظاهرة الماضيه التي دعا لها الدكتور الفقيه وشارك فيها الشباب الرافض للفساد والظلم خرجت علينا بعض الصور للمشاركين وهم يركضون وايديهم على رؤوسهم خوفا من سقوط العقال او الشماغ
او وهم رافعين ثيابهم حتى لا تعيق حركتهم
لذلك ادعوا اخواني ممن سيشاركون في المظاهرة القادمه ان يتجنبوا ما يؤثر على حركتهم او يعيقها
1/عليكم باللبس الرياضي فهو مريح جدا ولا يعيق الحركه بتاتا
2/اما الشماغ والعقال فاتركوه والبسوا بدلا منه القبعات الشتويه
3/ وليحرص كل منكم على لبس حذاء رياضي مريح وجربوه من الآن في المشي الطويل والجري فالحذاء اكثر ما يعيق الحركة
كما ان جند ابن سعود سيطاردون المتظاهرين فمن عنده لياقة بدنيه هو من سيفوتهم ويعجزهم باذن الله
لذلك اكثروا من المشي هذه الايام ثم الجري ..وما لا يدرك جله لا يترك كله
بعض الشباب ممن لم يتعود على هذا اللباس سيجد صعوبة في ذلك ولكني اقول الذي سهل عليكم الخروج لرفض الظلم سيهون عليكم هذا الامر وهو خير لكم باذن الله
وليس المغزى الخروج فقط وانما الحرص على السلامه وتحقيق المقصد مطلوب ايضا

3- حاول اخي المتظاهر وانت في طريقك ان تحمل معك بقدر المستطاع حصى (حجار) لكي تستخدمها اذا استدعى الامر لان الحجر اقسى عليهم من ضرب الرصاص واخواننا في فلسطين اكبر شاهد لنا في تعاملهم مع القوات الصهيونية لعنها الله .
4- حاول اخي المتظاهر ان تحمل معك زمزمية ماء صغيرة توضع وتلف حول الخصر لانك سوف تحتاج الى الماء او يحتاج غيرك من اخوانك او اخواتك المتظاهرين .
هذا ماتيسر لي الان ان اذكره نسأل الله ان يجعل تغيير ال سلول اقل دموية وان يحرس كل صاحب حق ويمحق كل ضالم وفاجر وفاسق

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وبعد
بحمد الله وفضله ورغم عقود من التعتيم والسرية تحت سلطة القمع والاستبداد تمكن الشعب في بلاد الحرمين من معرفة الحقائق التي حجبت عنه دهرا طويلا، وأدرك حجم الافتراء والكذب الذي يمارسه حكم آل سعود.
وتبين للأمة أن هذا النظام الذي يزعم الشرعية الدينية إنما يحارب الإسلام باسم الإسلام ويتلاعب بمقدرات الأمة ويبث الفساد والرذيلة وينشر المخدرات ويحارب الإصلاح بسلاح الدين. وتحول هذا البلد الذي كان واحة للأستقرار والاستقامة إلى مرتع للفقر والبطالة والجريمة والفساد المالي والإداري والأخلاقي والتفكك الأسري والأمراض الإجتماعية والتخلف التعليمي والتربوي.
كما أدركت الأمة أن هذه الدولة التي تتربع على أكبر مخزون نفطي في العالم وتنتج خمس إنتاج العالم تتحول إلى دولة مدينة بدين قومي يتجاوز ضعف ناتجها القومي وتنهار فيها خدمات الصحة والتعليم والطرق والماء والكهرباء وتفرض على الناس الرسوم والضرائب وتلاحقهم بالمطالبات والمخالفات الحكومية المتعددة.
ونجحت الأمة في التعرف على أن السبب في كل هذا الدمار هو الأسرة الحاكمة ذاتها التي تعامل االبلد كما لو كان امتلاكا موروثا يمتلك ابنائها مقدراته ويمتلكون هويته ويمتلكون مصيره ويمتلكون شعبه رجالا ونساءا.
ولقد تابعت الأمة محاولات المطالبة بالإصلاح وشهدت كيف أن رد فعل النظام كان دائما المزيد من التمادي في الاستبداد والطغيان والفساد. وكان أسلوب الحكام في الرد على خطاب المطالب ومذكرة النصيحة ولجنة الدفاع عن الحقوق الشرعية وغيرها من المعالم الرئيسية في مسيرة المطالبة بالإصلاح دليلا على هذا التمادي الذي شهدته الأمة حتى استقر لدى كل مطلع أن هذه الأسرة قطعا وجزما لا تريد الإصلاح.
لكن التمادي لم يكن مقتصرا على النظام نفسه بصفته المؤسسية بل إن أفراد الأسرة الحاكمة نفسهم تمادوا في استخدام سلطتهم المطلقة ومناعتهم من أي عقوبة وحصانتهم القانونية والقضائية وشعورهم بامتلاك الناس وأعراضهم وأموالهم فأسرفوا في إهانة الناس وإذلالهم ونهب أموالهم والاعتداء على أعراضهم. وبدلا من أن يسعى أصحاب النفوذ لمنع هذا التمادي فقد دعموه ووفروا الظروف لكل مفسد من هذه العائلة ليستغل نفوذه كما يريد في إيذاء الآخرين وإهانتهم والاعتداء على أموالهم وأعراضهم وكرامتهم.
ولقد تابعت الأمة أمرا آخر أكثر خطورة وهو ما أصاب الأسرة الحاكمة منذ مرض الملك فهد من فوضى وتنازع نفوذ ومع ذلك يتظاهر المتصارعون بأن الملك فهد هو الحاكم رغم عجزه العقلي والذهني. وتحول كل طرف من هذه الأطراف إلى دولة داخل دولة وتسابق الجميع في نهب أموال الشعب وإيذاء أهله والاعتداء عليهم وعلى أعراضهم وأتضح بما لا يدع مجالا للشك عجز أي طرف من القدرة على الهيمنة على الأطراف الأخرى. ولقد تيقن الشعب بعد ذلك أن الأسرة الحاكمة ليست رافضة للإصلاح فحسب بل لا تستطيع الإصلاح بسبب هذه الفوضى وغياب القيادة المسيطرة عليها.
وعليه فنحن أمام الحقائق التالية
أولا الحكم السعودي ساقط شرعيا وليس له ولاية ولا طاعة بل هو عدو للإسلام وعدو لشعبه وإزالته واستبداله بحكم صالح واجب.
ثانيا الحجة قامت على هذا الحكم من خلال ما تلقى من نصائح ومطالب وعرائض سوى الرسائل السرية والأحاديث الشفوية.
ثالثا أن درجة الفساد والظلم بلغت درجة خطيرة تنذر بشكل صريح بالعذاب الدنيوي المنزل من السماء إن لم تبادر الأمة إلى السعي للتغيير.
رابعا أن طبيعة النظام وتركيبته وطريقته في التعامل مع الإصلاح أثبتت بما لايدع مجالا للشك أن النظام لا يريد الإصلاح ولا يستطيع الإصلاح
وبهذا فقد أصبح التغيير الشامل الذي يفرضه الشعب نفسه ويزيل به منهجية الحكم بالامتلاك ويحل محلها الحكم بالشورى والمحاسبة والشفافية والحريات فرضا شرعيا وضرورة فورية من أجل إنقاذ هذا البلد من الدمار الذي سيحل به.
وقد سعت الحركة الإسلامية للإصلاح سعيا حثيثا لأن تهيء الأمة لهذه المرحلة ونجحت في فضح أكاذيب النظام وبيانه على حقيقته ونجحت في إشراك الأمة في عملية حوار كبيرة شاركت فيها كل الشرائح. وكان تجاوب الشعب مع هذا الطرح عظيما شجاعا جادا ثريا بالمبادرة وحسن التنظيم تمثل في قائمة الإصلاح التي تجاوز الرقم فيها خمسين ألفا من الأشخاص الذين أعلنوا دعمهم للحركة ورفضهم للنظام. لكن الخطوة التي تحولت إلى معلم حضاري في تاريخ هذه البلاد هو مبادرة القبائل والعوائل والمناطق بتلاوة البيانات الصريحة في البراءة من هذا الحكم والانضمام تحت لواء حركة الإصلاح.
ومع فساد النظام وسقوط شرعيته وعجزه عن الإصلاح ووعي الشعب بقبائله ومناطقه بواقعه واستعداده لخلع الظالم فإن الحركة تعتقد أن الظروف قد تهيأت للشروع في عمل شامل يهدف صراحة لاستبدال منهجية الحكم الحالية بمنهجية مقبولة من قبل الأمة.
ولهذه الاسباب قد قررت الحركة الإسلامية للإصلاح الدعوة لمسيرة شاملة في الرياض وجدة في يوم الخميس الرابع من ذي القعدة 1425 هـ الموافق للسادس عشر من ديسمبر 2004 م يكون هدفها الواضح وشعارها الصريح تحقيق هذا الاستبدال الكامل لمنهج الحكم سواء تم من أول مسيرة أو بعد تتابع المسيرات والأعمال الميدانية الكبيرة.
وتلتزم الحركة بأن تكون المظاهرة سلمية خاصة أنها ستجري في الشهر الحرام ولكن الحركة لا تستطيع منع المتظاهرين من الدفاع عن انفسهم إذا تعرضوا لأي اعتداء من قبل رجال الأمن أو القوات المسلحة أو قوات مستعارة من دول أخرى.
وتشدد الحركة على أن هذا الزحف زحف شامل سواء تمت فيها المهمة في المرة الأولى أو تمت من خلال عدة خطوات. وتؤكد الحركة أن جميع شرائح المجتمع ومناطقه مدعوة للمشاركة في هذا الزحف. كما تؤكد على أن المرأة مدعوة للمشاركة وهناك خطوات سوف تتخذ لمنع تعرض النساء لسوء المعاملة خلال المسيرة.
وتشير الحركة إلى أن هذه المسيرة ما دامت تمثل وسيلة فعالة في تحقيق التغيير المطلوب شرعا فإنها ربما تعتبر واجبا على كل من لا يستطيع أن يحقق التغيير بسواها
وبهذه المناسبة فإننا نوجه الرسائل التالية
الرسالة الأولى للمتنفذين من آل سعود نقول إن الحجة قد قامت عليكم ويبدو أن الفرصة ذهبت عنكم إلى الأبد ولا نعتقد أن الكبرياء الذي تعيشونه يسمح لكم بالتفكير في أي عرض ولكن من كان منكم لديه بقية باقية من المنطق فربما هناك هامش للتخفيف من العقوبة التي تنتظره وذلك بالتعجيل بتسيلم السلطة للشعب.
الرسالة الثانية لبقية أبناء الأسرة الحاكمة من غير المتنفذين لكنهم من الذين يمارسون إيذاء للناس من خلال سلطتهم وحصانتهم فهؤلاء لهم فرصة أخيرة لإعلان برائتهم من المتنفذين مع أن ذلك لا يسقط عنهم الحق الخاص عمن آذوهم شخصيا.
الرسالة الثالثة لبقية أبناء الأسرة ممن لم يتعرضوا لأحد بأذى فهؤلاء لا نستطيع ضمان حمايتهم إلا إن عجلوا الآن بالبراءة علنا من أصحاب النفوذ
الرسالة الرابعة لعلماء الدين الرسميين الذين يفتون بشرعية الظلم وتجريم المصلحين فهؤلاء سيعاملون معاملة المفتئتين على الدين بسبب ما تسببوا به من إضفاء للشرعية على الظلم والطغيان والقمع والاستبداد بل من فساد وانحراف وكفر وإلحاد. ولهم فرصة أخيرة بإعلان برائتهم من النظام قبل أن يفوت الأوان.
الرسالة الخامسة للعلماء غير الرسميين نقول إن مواقفكم مرصودة ومن اتخذ موقفا مشابها للعلماء الرسميين فسيحاسب على أساس ذلك
الرسالة السادسة لرجال الأمن والقوات المسلحة والتي تبين من خلال بيانات التأييد للحركة أن جزءا كبيرا منها متعاطف مع الإصلاح وربما يقف مع الحركة خلال مرحلة التغيير. ونقول للمتعاطفين وفقكم الله وهذا ما نتوقعه منكم ونقول للمترددين اعزموا على الوقوف مع الشعب ضد الظالمين. ونقول للموالين للظالم إنتبهوا فإنكم مرصودون والنظام ساقط لا محالة وستحاسبون على وقوفكم معه في لحظات سقوطه وعلى ما صدر عنكم من تصرف وسيحاسب كل منكم على قدر ما صدر عنه. ونود أن نؤكد أنه بعد أن يوفقا الله للتغير الشامل فإن من التزم بتوجيهات الحركة سيبقى في منصبه حتى تتم إعادة هيكلة النظام الأمني والعسكري بالكامل.
الرسالة السابعة للعاملين في الإعلام سواء منهم صاحب الكلمة أو صاحب الآلة، عليهم أن يتخذو وقت الزحف المنتظر موقفا واضحا مع الشعب ويجعلوا أجهزة الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة لصالح الشعب وسيحاسب كل عامل في هذه الأجهزة على أساس موقفه وقت المواجهة.
الرسالة الثامنة لموظفي الاتصالات والذين يتوقع أن يتعرضوا لمطالب تتعارض مع مراد الشعب مثل إغلاق الشبكات وقت الزحف أو منع الاتصال بالخارج أو كل ما يؤدي إلى حرمان الشعب من الاستفادة من الاتصالات وقصرها على الحكم الظالم. ونحن على علم بأن عددا كبيرا من هؤلاء الموظفين إصلاحيون مناهضون لسياسة النظام فعليهم أن يقفوا مع المسيرة ويرفضوا الأوامر ونتمنى أن لا يتعرضوا لمسائلة بعد ذلك بسبب مخالفة إرادة الشعب.
الرسالة التاسعة للمسؤولين عن الشؤون المالية والنفط والتجارة وخاصة موظفي مؤسسة النقد ووزارة المالية فهؤلاء عليهم أن يحافظوا على الوثائق والمعلومات حتى يمكن الاستفادة منها لحماية حقوق الأمة التي يريد النظام أن يخفيها.
الرسالة العاشرة لرجال المال والمستثمرين سواء من أبناء البلد أو من خارجه فهؤلاء نطمئنهم أن سياسة الاستثمار لن تتأثر بل ستتحسن بعد أن يزول الاحتكار والتلاعب بالقضاء واطمئنوا بعون الله على أموالكم وأصولكم وينبغي أن لا يتعرض أحد لشيء من ذلك إلا بقضاء شرعي مستقل.
الرسالة الحادية عشرة للمقيمين من غير حملة جنسية هذه البلاد عليهم أن يطمئنوا أنهم محميون إلى أن يبلغوا مأمنهم وتفاصيل أوضاعهم بعد ذلك مرتبطة بالتغييرات التي ستحصل بالبنية التحتية والأنظمة
الرسالة الثانية عشرة للدول الأخرى التي لها علاقة متميزة مع آل سعود ننصحها بعدم التدخل في هذا الأمر إلا إن كان نصيحة آل سعود بتسليم السلطة للشعب كما نضمن لها أن العلاقة ستكون علاقة مبنية على المصالح وليس على الشعارات
ومع اقتراب موعد الزحف فإن الحركة توجه بالتالي
على رجال الأمن حصار بوابات قصور الأمراء ومنعهم من الفرار والاختفاء
على موظفي الطيران المدني والطيارين وغيرهم ممن يستخدمون في هذا القطاع إقفال حركة الطيران حتى لو استدعى الأمر إقفال المدارج لمنع هروب الذين سرقوا هذه البلاد
على من لديهم معلومات سرية عن خطط سرية لهروب الأمراء سواء بمطارات سرية او بموانيء سرية أو غيرها أن يبادروا بالتعاون مع الحركة لمنع آل سعود من الاستفادة من ذلك
على العاملين في المباحث حاليا أن يبذلوا قصارى جهدهم في منع النظام من التمكن من الاصلاحيين

وبدلا من أن يسعي أصحاب النفوذ لمنع هذا التمادي فقد دعموه ووفروا الظروف لكل مفسد من هذه العائلة ليستغل نفوذه كما يريد في إيذاء الآخرين وإهانتهم والاعتداء علي أموالهم وأعراضهم وكرامتهم .
وقال الفقيه ان الحكم السعودي ساقط شرعيا وليست له ولاية ولا طاعة بل هو عدو للإسلام وعدو لشعبه وإزالته واستبداله بحكم صالح واجب. وأن درجة الفساد والظلم بلغت درجة خطيرة تنذر بشكل صريح بالعذاب الدنيوي المنزل من السماء إن لم تبادر الأمة إلي السعي للتغيير.
وقال ان التغيير الشامل الذي يفرضه الشعب نفسه ويزيل به منهجية الحكم بالامتلاك ويحل محلها الحكم بالشوري والمحاسبة والشفافية والحريات اصبح فرضا شرعيا وضرورة فورية من أجل إنقاذ هذا البلد من الدمار الذي سيحل به .
وقال الفقيه انه بناء علي هذه الاسباب قررت الحركة الإسلامية للإصلاح الدعوة لمسيرة شاملة في الرياض وجدة في يوم الخميس الرابع من ذي القعدة 1425 هـ الموافق للسادس عشر من كانون الاول (ديسمبر) 2004 م يكون هدفها الواضح وشعارها الصريح تحقيق هذا الاستبدال الكامل لمنهج الحكم سواء تم من أول مسيرة أو بعد تتابع المسيرات والأعمال الميدانية الكبيرة .
وأكدت الحركة أن جميع شرائح المجتمع ومناطقه مدعوة للمشاركة في هذا الزحف. كما أكدت علي أن المرأة مدعوة للمشاركة.
وقالت الحركة ان هذه المسيرة ما دامت تمثل وسيلة فعالة في تحقيق التغيير المطلوب شرعا فإنها ربما تعتبر واجبا علي كل من لا يستطيع أن يحقق التغيير بسواها.

بعد المظاهرة الماضيه التي دعا لها الدكتور الفقيه وشارك فيها الشباب الرافض للفساد والظلم خرجت علينا بعض الصور للمشاركين وهم يركضون وايديهم على رؤوسهم خوفا من سقوط العقال او الشماغ
او وهم رافعين ثيابهم حتى لا تعيق حركتهم
لذلك ادعوا اخواني ممن سيشاركون في المظاهرة القادمه ان يتجنبوا ما يؤثر على حركتهم او يعيقها
1/عليكم باللبس الرياضي فهو مريح جدا ولا يعيق الحركه بتاتا
2/اما الشماغ والعقال فاتركوه والبسوا بدلا منه القبعات الشتويه
3/ وليحرص كل منكم على لبس حذاء رياضي مريح وجربوه من الآن في المشي الطويل والجري فالحذاء اكثر ما يعيق الحركة
كما ان جند ابن سعود سيطاردون المتظاهرين فمن عنده لياقة بدنيه هو من سيفوتهم ويعجزهم باذن الله
