الحمد لله منَزِّل الآيات وجاعل كتابه مهيمناً على جميع الشرائع السابقات،وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله رب الأرض والسموات الذي أهلك الجبابرة والطغاة من كتبة الدساتير الجناة والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد الداعي إلى سبيل النجاة والمأمور بسلِّ سيفه بوجه أصحاب التشريعات حتى دانت لدعوته جميع المخلوقات وعلى آله وأصحابه أولي النهى والثبات ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الحساب والميقات .
أما بعد:
فقد تصاعدت في الآونة الأخيرة وتيرة الدعوة إلى مشاركة (أهل سنة العراق) في كتابة الدستور، ولا يخفى مدى حرص الأمريكان على توريط أهل السنة في منزلق المشاركة في كتابة الكفر والمصادقة على ما يخالف الشرع ويناقض التوحيد.
وتأتي الطامة وتحل المصيبة عندما تجد أن بعض المنتسبين لأهل السنة –زوراً-باتوا يحثون الخطا في سبيل مشاركة الكفار والمرتدين في تقرير الكفر في أرض الإسلام ،والمصيبة التي تفوق حرصهم على مشاركة الكفار في إقرار ما يناقض التوحيد-تتمثل في إظهارهم لسعيهم هذا بمظهر الإشفاق على أهل السنة والخوف من تركهم مُهَمَشين معزولين في حال عدم مشاركتهم في صياغة الدستور! وينبغي على المسلم في مثل هذا المقام أن يعي الحقائق الآتية :
1-أن الإسلام دينٌ كامل لقوله تعالى(الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الإِسْلاَمَ دِيناً)) المائدة : 3 وصياغة الدستور الوضعي معناه اعتقاد النقص في شريعة الرحمن والدخول في طاعة أولياء الشيطان الذين قدموا ما كتبته أيديهم من قوانين وضعية ودساتير كفرية على محكم القرآن حتى تحاكمت شعوبهم إلى محاكم الشرك والكفران فصار المؤمن المجاهد الذي يكفر بهؤلاء المشرِّعين غريباً في هذا الزمان والعجبُ أنَّ أُمة الإسلام أُتيت من قبل أُناس ينتسبون إلى العلم والعلماء زوراً وبهتاناً يُقدِّمون أهواءهم وما يشتهون على الشريعة السمحاء ،فأجازوا للناس طاعة دساتيرهم الظلماء فصاروا في الوزر سواء .فالعالم الضال الذي يضلُ الناس بعلمه وفتاواه هو ذلك الطاغوت المُطاع الذي هو أضرُ على الدين والجهاد من أولئك الصليبين ،ومن دلائل نبوته صلى الله عليه وسلم خوفه عليه الصلاة والسلام على أمته من العلماء الضُّلال والعمائم الزائغة والمنافقة فقالأَخوف ما أخاف على أمتي الأئمة المضلين)
2-إنَّ وضع دستورٍ مخالفٍ لشريعة الواحد القهار من الأعمال الكفرية التي تُخرج صاحبها من ملَّة الإسلام وتُدخله في زمرة المرتدين الكفار ،حيث جعل من نفسه شريكاً لله ربِّ العالمين في التشريع الذي هو حق الله تعالى كما قال سبحانه( أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاء شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ))الشورى : 21 ،قال الإمام الشاطبي رحمه الله تعالى(وأجمعوا كذلك أن تبديل الدين شركٌ وكفر))
وقال الإمام محمود الألوسي رحمه الله تعالىلا شك في كفر من يستحسن القانون ويفضله على الشرع ويقول:هو أوفق بالحكمة وأصلح للأمة ويتميز غيظاً ويتقصف غضباً إذا قيل له في أمر: أمر الشرع فيه كذا... فلا ينبغي التوقف في تكفير من يستحسن ما هو بين المخالفة للشرع منها [القوانين الوضعية] ويقدمه على الأحكام الشرعية منتقصاً لها).
وقال ابن كثير في تفسير قوله تعالى ((أفحكم الجاهلية يبغون ومن أحسن من الله حكماً لقومٍ يوقنون))المائدة: 50: (ينكر تعالى على من خرج عن حكم الله المحكم المشتمل على كل خير الناهي عن كل شر وعَدَلَ إلى ما سواه من الآراء والأهواء والاصطلاحات التي وضعها الرجال بلا مستند من شريعة الله كما كان أهل الجاهلية يحكمون به من الضلالات والجهالات مما يضعونها بآرائهم وأهوائهم، وكما يحكم به التتار من السياسات الملكية المأخوذة عن ملكهم جنكيز خان الذي وضع لهم الياسق وهو عبارة عن كتاب مجموع من أحكام قد اقتبسها عن شرائع شتى من اليهودية والنصرانية والملة الإسلامية وغيرها، وفيها كثير من الأحكام أخذها من مجرد نظره وهواه، فصارت في بنيه شرعاً متبعاً يقدمونها على الحكم بكتاب الله وسنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فمن فعل ذلك فهو كافر يجب قتاله حتى يرجع إلى حكم الله ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم?)

-ما هي قيمة المصلحة التي سيحصل عليها أهل السنة-هذا إذا سلمنا جدلاً بأنهم سيحصلون على منافع ما-أمام مفسدة الكفر المتمثل في كتابة دستورٍ يشرع القوانين التي تبيح المعاصي وتحمي المنكرات و توفر للكفار الغطاء القانوني لاغتصاب الأرض وانتهاك المحرمات وبناء القواعد العسكرية على أراضينا والانطلاق منها لحرب دين الله تعالى وقتل أولياء الرحمن من المجاهدين والدعاة ؟
-نوجه لكم السؤال الآتي:هل كان يمكن للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يوافق على مشاركة كفار قريش في صياغة قانون ما يتقاسمون بموجبه السلطة ويتعايشون بسلامٍ مجتمعين في مكة ؟ أليس ما تعرضه أمريكا علينا هو دون العرض الذي قدمته قريش للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في أن يجعلونه سيداً عليهم مقابل السكوت عنهم وعدم التصريح لهم ببطلان عقيدتهم وكفر آبائهم ؟
-ليس هنالك سلطة تمتلك حق التشريع في الأرض إلا شريعة القرآن؛ ولهذا فإنه ليس بيننا وبين أصحاب الدساتير إلا الصارم المسلول سواء كانوا رافضة محترقين أو للسنة مُدّعين .

أما بعد:
فقد تصاعدت في الآونة الأخيرة وتيرة الدعوة إلى مشاركة (أهل سنة العراق) في كتابة الدستور، ولا يخفى مدى حرص الأمريكان على توريط أهل السنة في منزلق المشاركة في كتابة الكفر والمصادقة على ما يخالف الشرع ويناقض التوحيد.
وتأتي الطامة وتحل المصيبة عندما تجد أن بعض المنتسبين لأهل السنة –زوراً-باتوا يحثون الخطا في سبيل مشاركة الكفار والمرتدين في تقرير الكفر في أرض الإسلام ،والمصيبة التي تفوق حرصهم على مشاركة الكفار في إقرار ما يناقض التوحيد-تتمثل في إظهارهم لسعيهم هذا بمظهر الإشفاق على أهل السنة والخوف من تركهم مُهَمَشين معزولين في حال عدم مشاركتهم في صياغة الدستور! وينبغي على المسلم في مثل هذا المقام أن يعي الحقائق الآتية :

2-إنَّ وضع دستورٍ مخالفٍ لشريعة الواحد القهار من الأعمال الكفرية التي تُخرج صاحبها من ملَّة الإسلام وتُدخله في زمرة المرتدين الكفار ،حيث جعل من نفسه شريكاً لله ربِّ العالمين في التشريع الذي هو حق الله تعالى كما قال سبحانه( أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاء شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ))الشورى : 21 ،قال الإمام الشاطبي رحمه الله تعالى(وأجمعوا كذلك أن تبديل الدين شركٌ وكفر))
وقال الإمام محمود الألوسي رحمه الله تعالىلا شك في كفر من يستحسن القانون ويفضله على الشرع ويقول:هو أوفق بالحكمة وأصلح للأمة ويتميز غيظاً ويتقصف غضباً إذا قيل له في أمر: أمر الشرع فيه كذا... فلا ينبغي التوقف في تكفير من يستحسن ما هو بين المخالفة للشرع منها [القوانين الوضعية] ويقدمه على الأحكام الشرعية منتقصاً لها).
وقال ابن كثير في تفسير قوله تعالى ((أفحكم الجاهلية يبغون ومن أحسن من الله حكماً لقومٍ يوقنون))المائدة: 50: (ينكر تعالى على من خرج عن حكم الله المحكم المشتمل على كل خير الناهي عن كل شر وعَدَلَ إلى ما سواه من الآراء والأهواء والاصطلاحات التي وضعها الرجال بلا مستند من شريعة الله كما كان أهل الجاهلية يحكمون به من الضلالات والجهالات مما يضعونها بآرائهم وأهوائهم، وكما يحكم به التتار من السياسات الملكية المأخوذة عن ملكهم جنكيز خان الذي وضع لهم الياسق وهو عبارة عن كتاب مجموع من أحكام قد اقتبسها عن شرائع شتى من اليهودية والنصرانية والملة الإسلامية وغيرها، وفيها كثير من الأحكام أخذها من مجرد نظره وهواه، فصارت في بنيه شرعاً متبعاً يقدمونها على الحكم بكتاب الله وسنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فمن فعل ذلك فهو كافر يجب قتاله حتى يرجع إلى حكم الله ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم?)
3-يتحجج الداعون إلى مشاركة أهل السنة في كتابة الدستور بأنهم إن أعرضوا عن ذلك فسوف يُهمشون و تُهدر حقوقهم! فنقول لهم:تذكروا الأمور الآتية:
-كُلنا يعلم أن دستور العراق قد حُسم أمره في واشنطن على أيدي شياطين اليهود وسواء عليكم أشاركتم أم كنتم من الممتنعين فإن الأمر محسوم لصالح الهوى اليهودي،ونتذكر جيداً كيف أجبر بريمر أعضاء مجلس الحكم على إقرار قانون إدارة الدولة .
-ما هي قيمة المصلحة التي سيحصل عليها أهل السنة-هذا إذا سلمنا جدلاً بأنهم سيحصلون على منافع ما-أمام مفسدة الكفر المتمثل في كتابة دستورٍ يشرع القوانين التي تبيح المعاصي وتحمي المنكرات و توفر للكفار الغطاء القانوني لاغتصاب الأرض وانتهاك المحرمات وبناء القواعد العسكرية على أراضينا والانطلاق منها لحرب دين الله تعالى وقتل أولياء الرحمن من المجاهدين والدعاة ؟
-نوجه لكم السؤال الآتي:هل كان يمكن للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يوافق على مشاركة كفار قريش في صياغة قانون ما يتقاسمون بموجبه السلطة ويتعايشون بسلامٍ مجتمعين في مكة ؟ أليس ما تعرضه أمريكا علينا هو دون العرض الذي قدمته قريش للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في أن يجعلونه سيداً عليهم مقابل السكوت عنهم وعدم التصريح لهم ببطلان عقيدتهم وكفر آبائهم ؟
-ليس هنالك سلطة تمتلك حق التشريع في الأرض إلا شريعة القرآن؛ ولهذا فإنه ليس بيننا وبين أصحاب الدساتير إلا الصارم المسلول سواء كانوا رافضة محترقين أو للسنة مُدّعين .
فيا أهل الدساتير الوضعية إعلموا:أنكم قد جعلتم من أنفسكم أرباباً من دون الله وجعلتم ما تكتبونه بأيدكم منهاجاً بديلاً عن كتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فصرتم بذلك مرجعية تتحاكم إليكم الناس ، والمعلوم أن الحكم والتشريع من خصائص الربوبية قال تعالى( اتَّخَذُواْ أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَاباً مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ وَالْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا أُمِرُواْ إِلاَّ لِيَعْبُدُواْ إِلَـهاً وَاحِداً لاَّ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ سُبْحَانَهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ))التوبة : 31 ، قال ابن تيمية -رحمه الله تعالى- والإنسان متى حلل الحرام المجمع عليه، أو حرّم الحلال المجمع عليه، أو بدل الشرع المجمع عليه، كان كافراً مرتداً باتفاق الفقهاء.
وإلى المؤمنين في كل مكان نقول:إننا لا نرضى أو نوافق على أي دستور فيه إقرار ما يناقض شرعة القرآن وأحكام ربنا الرحمن ولو كان هذا الدستور يوافق شرعنا بنسبة تزيد على التسعين بالمائة قال ابن تيمية عمن يتركون شريعة واحدة من شرائع الإسلام فان كان التاركون طائفة ممتنعة قوتلوا على تركها بإجماع المسلمين وكذلك يقاتلون على ترك الزكاة والصيام وغيرهما وعلى استحلال المحرمات الظاهرة المجمع عليها كنكاح ذوات المحارم والفساد في الأرض ونحو ذلك فكل طائفة ممتنعة عن التزام شريعة من شرائع الإسلام الظاهرة المتواترة يجب جهادها حتى يكون الدين كله لله باتفاق العلماء)

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث بالسيف بين يدي الساعة رحمة للعالمين نبينا محمد وعلى آله
وصحبه ومن والاه وبعد:
قال تعالى ( يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُمْ مِنْ الْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ)
التوبة الآية 123
قامت مجموعة من إخوانكم المجاهدين بقصف مقر القوات الأمريكية غرب هيت بتسعة قذائف هاون من عيار 82 ملم، وبفضل الله تعالى سقطت جميعها داخل المعسكر ولم نعلم بالضبط حجم الخسائر، والله أكبر ولله العزة ولرسوله وللمؤمنين

جيش أنصار السنة/ المجاهدين يدكون معقل الصليبيين والوثنيين في سامراء بعدد من صواريخ ال
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
قامت مجموعة من الإخوة المجاهدين بضرب مقر قوات المغاوير ومقر القوات الامريكية في سامراء بصواريخ
كاتيوشا وكانت الضربة موفقة حيث قامت الطائرات الحربية والسمتية بالتحليق في جوالمدينة بكثافة وقامت دوريات
المغاوير والقوات الامريكية في المدينة بكثافة وباطلاق النار في الهواء وشوهدت طائرات الاسعاف تهبط في
المكان ولم تعرف حجم الخسائر، ولكن من الظاهر فإن العشرات من الصليبيين والمرتدين أصيبوا بين قتيل وجريح
فلله الحمد والمنة، والله أكبر ولله العزة ولرسوله وللمؤمنين.
