إتهمت منظمة بدر الشيعية التابعة للمجلس الاعلى للثورة الاسلامية في العراق الشيخ حارث الضاري الامين العام لهيئة علماء المسلمين المرجعية الدينية للسنة العراقيين بمحاولة اشعال فتنة طائفية في البلاد وتحقيق حلم الاصولي المتهم بالارهاب ابو مصعب الزرقاوي بتفجير حرب بين الطائفتين نتبجة عزلته السياسية وحملت انصار الرئيس المخلوع صدام حسين والمرتزقة من التكفيريين والمتعاونين معهم مسؤولية الاغتيلات التي بتعرض لها رجال الدين الشيعة والسنة .. في وقت نجا عضو الجمعية الوطنية عن قائمة الائتلاف الشيعي فواز الجربة من محاولة اغتيال في مدينة الموصل الشمالية وحين طلب نجدة القوات الاميركية قامت بقصف منزله وقتل تسعة من حراسه الشخصيين خطأ.

وفي بيان لها حصلت عليه "ايلاف" قالت منظمة بدراليوم انها ايضا ضحية جرائم الارهابيين واضافت ان الاسباب الحقيقية التي دعت الى تصريحات الضاري باتهام بدر بعمليات الاغتيال التي يتعرض لها ائمة المساجد السنية هي وجود ادلة واعترافات قسم من ائمة المساجد في دعم الارهاب ومساندة العمليات الارهابية بالاضافة الى الافلاس وحملت انصار صدام والمرتزقة من التكفيريين والمتعاونين معهم مسؤلية ما يحصل في البلاد ودعت العراقيين الى "عدم الانجرار وراء الاكاذيب والمكائد التي ينشرها ازلام النظام السابق المقبور ويرددها اعداء العراق".

لكن بدر اشارت في بيانها الى ان حارث الضاري لا يمثل كل ابناء السنة العرب ولا يمثل الا نفسه وقالت انها تحتفظ بعلاقات حب ومودة مع الاخوة السنة العرب وستبقى على ذلك وتزيد وتعمق هذه العلاقات التاريخية معهم .. وحذرت الضاري من اي حالة اعتداء على اعضاء المنظمة وهددت بمتابعة ذلك قضائياً معتبرة تصريحاته محرضة على الارهاب ..

في الوقت الذي ينادي فيه الجميع من اجل لم الشمل وتعميق الوحدة الوطنية بين كل مكونات الشعب العراقي من اجل الاستمرار في العملية الساسية خصوصاً بعد تشكيل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية والتهيؤ لكتابة الدستور والحرص الشديد من قبل الجمعية الوطنية المنتخبة في مشاركة جميع مكونات الشعب العراقي مشاركة حقيقية في كتابة مسودة الدستور , وفي هذا الوقت بالذات الذي بدأت قوات الامن العراقية بتضييق الخناق حول الارهابيين المرتزقة القتلة فاجأنا الشيخ حارث الضاري بهذه التصريحات اللا مسؤولة والمنفعلة والتي تنم عن حقد دفين والتي يكيل فيها الاتهامات الباطلة والكاذبة والعارية من الصحة الى ابناء بدر الابطال , هذه الشريحة المؤمنة المجاهدة الصابرة المضحية والتي وقفت بكل شرف وافتخار امام الطاغوت الصدامي اكثر من عقدين من الزمن .

ونحن اذ ندين هذه التصريحات غير المسؤلة والتي تصب الزيت على النار وهدفها واضح ومعلوم وهو جرنا الى معركة طائفية لتحقيق حلم الزرقاوي المرتد ومن تحالف معه من ازلام النظام السابق ووعاظ السلاطين , لذا نؤكد على النقاط ادناه :

1. اننا ندين وبشكل واضح وصريح ولا لبس فيه كل العمليات الاجرامية والارهابية التي تستهدف كل ابناء الشعب العراقي , سواء العمليات التي تستهدف المدنيين الابرياء او العسكريين العراقيين الابطال و سواء العمليات التي تستهدفت الاخوة السنة او الشيعة , الكرد او العرب على حد سواء , وكنا نتمنى ان نسمع ادانات واضحة ممن علت اصواتهم هذه الايام ومنذ اشهر طويلة .

2. نحن ضحية الارهاب والمستهدف الاول من قبل الارهابيين وعلى رأس ضحية الارهاب سماحة المرجع الديني آية الله العظمى السيد الحكيم وجمع غفير من العلماء الاجلاء من وكلاء السيد السيستاني او وكلاء السيد الصدر الثاني رضوان الله عليهم , بالاضافة الى عدد كبير من اساتذة الجامعات والمثقفين والوجهاء وعشرات الكوادر الابرياء من منظمة بدر , واعداد ضخمة جداً من اتباع مدرسة اهل البيت , وان مذابح الحلة والموصل وتلعفر والصويرة والمدائن وبغداد لا زالت حية في اذهاننا والتي اصبحت قتل اتباع اهل البيت مشهداً مألوفاً يومياً , وكأن الدم العراقي اصبح مباحاً .

وعلى صعيد اخر هاجم مسلحون مجهولون باطلاق النار على موکب الشيخ فواز الجربة عضو المجلس الوطني العراقي والمرشح السابق لرئاسة الجمهورية بالقرب من داره في حي الفلاح بمدبنة الموصل الشمالية اليو .

وقد ادى الهجوم الى مقتل سائق الجربة الشخصي وعلى اثر ذلك طلب مساندة القوات الاميركية فاندفعت الطائرات الامريكية وقصفت منزله عن طريق الخطأ مما اسفر عن مقتل تسعة من افراد حمايته وحرق سيارة مدنية تابعة لحمايته.

ونقلت تقارير صحافية عن شهود ومسؤولون بمستشفى الموصل قولهم ان سبعة أشخاص قتلوا اليوم العراق عندما هاجم مسلحون منزل السياسي السني وقال الجربا ان قوات أمريكية مدعومة بطائرات هليكوبتر استجابت لطلب مساعدة وجهه اليها واشتبكت مع المسلحين لكنها قصفت منزله خطأ.
