فمن الأصول المقررة عند أهل السنة والجماعة أن كل من قاتل دفاعاً عن حاكم كافر أو دستور وضعي كما يفعله أنصار الحكام المرتدين-فقد قاتل في سبيل الطاغوت.
وكل من قاتل في سبيل الطاغوت فهو من أئمة الكفر الذين أوجب الله تعالى قتالهم و ألزمنا بمعاداتهم.
وكل من قاتل في سبيل الطاغوت بالقول أو الفعل فهو من أئمة الكفر وأعمدة بقاء الطاغوت،
وقد أمرنا الله تعالى بقتال أمثال هؤلاء فقال تعالى:(.وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ الطَّاغُوتِ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَوْلِيَاء الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفاً) النساء : 76.
فالطاغوت هو الشيطان الداعي والمناصر للكفر،وأن من يقاتل في سبيل الطاغوت فهو إنما يقاتل في سبيل الشيطان لأن أولياء الشيطان هم الكافرون قال تعالى :( وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُمُ الطَّاغُوتُ يُخْرِجُونَهُم مِّنَ النُّورِ إِلَى الظُّلُمَاتِ أُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ)البقرة : 257
وقال سبحانه:( إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاء لِلَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ)الأعراف : 27
ويدخل في الطاغوت كل من تحوكم إليه من دون الله من حاكم بغير ما أنزل الله أو دستور أو قانون كفري،وهذا من أظهر الأدلة على كفر أنصار الحكام المرتدين بالأقوال والأفعال ومنهم سفراء الحكومات المرتدة ,لأن السفارة كما هو معلوم إنما هي دائرة استخبارية يتم من خلالها تناقل المعلومات وتنظيم الجواسيس وهي قبل ذلك تمثل حكومة دولتها.
ومن المعلوم أن طاغوت مصر هو من أكفر طواغيت العرب قاطبة ،وهو أشدهم على المسلمين تنكيلاً،
و لا يفوتنا ذكر حلفه مع رأس الصليبية أمريكا على ملاحقة إخوتنا المجاهدين و إيداعهم في السجون ،
وهو الذي مهد بالأمس القريب لاجتياح جند الصليب لجزيرة النبوة ومهبط الوحي.

ونرد على هؤلاء المستدلين بهذا الأثر من وجهين:

أولاً:أن هذا قياس مع الفارق بين هذا الحدث و تلك الواقعة؛حيث إن هذا السفير لم يأت برسالة إلى الطائفة المسلمة المجاهدة،و إنما جاء برسالة تثبيت لنظام دولة صليبية =علقمية،ليتسنى لليهود بعد ذلك تحقيق حلمهم الموهوم بامتلاك أرض الميعاد المزعومة .

ثانياً:أن هذه السفارات ما هي إلا مراصد لاقتناص المهاجرين المجاهدين وذلك بتتبعهم و قطع الطرق عليهم ومنع تواصلهم مع إخوة الجهاد والعقيدة في أرض الرافدين و في أفغانستان وغيرها من ثغور الرباط. وما تسليم علم الجهاد وعالم الإسلام الشيخ الوقور عمر عبد الرحمن –عنا ببعيد ،حيث سُلم إلى رأس الكفر أمريكا عن طريق وكر الخيانة والتجسس السفارة المصرية في إسلام آباد ،ولمن لا يعلم عما يفعله طاغوت مصر بالمجاهدين في أرض الرافدين نقول: فو الله ما واجه الإخوة محققين أخبث و أشد إيذاءً من ضباط المخابرات المصرية في سجن أبي غريب و سجن بوكا و محاجر مطار بغداد الدولي.
