The Verdict of The Official Islamic Court of
The Al-Qaeda Organization in the Land of Two Rivers against the Aljerian envoys]
[A Statement delivered by its media representative Abu Maysara Al-Iraqi
In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful.
All Praise be to Allah the LORD of the Universe who made torment for the benefit of humanity and triumph as a bequest for the right doers. And peace be upon the Imam of Mujahideen and his companions and those who follow their steps till the day of resurrection.
As a result of the renegades’ acts of the contemporary tyrant governments who made their laws and constitutions above Allah’s constitution and law, and who were not satisfied by governing Muslims to the non-Islamic laws, instead fought every individual who called for applying the Shari’a, and killed the sincere Mujahideen and scholars who stood up for them. Not only that but they also chose to ally themselves with the Jews and the Crusaders with their fights against Islam and the Muslims.
Therefore, the envoys of such governments and who ever represent them are legitimate targets for the Mujahideen wherever they are found. (Kill the Mushrkeen[disbelievers] wherever you find them…) Verse in Chapter9.
In Addition, the Prophet Peace be upon him said (kill the one who changes his dogma,) – Narrated by Al-Bukhari.
Based upon the above; the official Islamic court of The Al-Qaeda Organization in the Land of Two Rivers decided to apply the law of Allah in the Algerian government’s envoys, president of the Algerian diplomatic envoy Belarosi and his diplomatic associate Ezz El-deen Benqadi Al-Khamees, they are to be killed.
This is the punishment for all the envoys of the infidels representing their tyrant governments. There is no trail for them except death.
Praise be to Allah the helper of Mujahideen, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammed ,his family, and his companions.
Allah is great Allah is great. Power and Glory belong to Allah, his messenger, and the Mujahideen.
