قال تعالى ( يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُواْ دِينَكُمْ هُزُواً وَلَعِباً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَالْكُفَّارَ أَوْلِيَاء وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ) المائدة 57


الحمد لله رب العالمين و الصلاة و السلام على سيد المرسلين و على آله واصحابه اجمعين
اما بعد ..
فقد خاض الناس كثيرا في مسألة الدستور ألكفري وتناسوا دستورا امتد عمره أكثر من 1400 عام شرعه لهم رب السماوات و الأرض وانزله على خير خلقه محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم ) فكان هو القول الفصل وهو حكم الأولين و الآخرين فيه أنزلت الأحكام و فصلت فوافقت الفطرة البشرية لكل مستلزمات حياتها من أول يوم ولادتها إلى فنائها حتى يرث الله الأرض ومن عليها .. فأي دستور هذا الذي يتباكون عليه ويبحثون عنه لتسطير قوانينه . وقد وافقهم على ذلك ممن ادعى الانتساب إلى أهل السنة و الجماعة بحجة هي أهون من خيط العنكبوت فقالوا ( بأن أهل السنة إن لم يشتركوا في في هذا الدستور فسوف تضيع الكثير من حقوقهم ) وان زعمهم هذا يعني أن سلف هذه الأمة لم يكن لها دستورا سارت عليه الأمة لقرون عديدة . ويشهد العدو قبل الصديق بأن الدستور الإسلامي الذي حكم من الصين شرقا إلى الأندلس غربا كان من أحسن الفترات التي عاشها المسلمون وكان عصرا ذهبيا .

وبعد ..
فيا أيها الإخوة لماذا تستبدلون الذي هو أدنى بالذي هو خير . تستبدلون دستورا أتى به سيد الأنبياء محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم ) بدستور أعداء الله وعدو الله الأكبر بوش ..
وإننا إذ نبين ذلك للناس فبالوقت نفسه نحذر اشد التحذير بأن هذه المشاركة في الدستور الذي حيك في أروقة البيت الأبيض تعتبر رده و كفر وذلك لأنه يقع في الناقض الثامن من نواقض الدين ألا وهو (مظاهرة المشركين ومعاونتهم على المسلمين كفر ) وذلك لقول الله تعالى ( يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تتخذوا اليهود و النصارى أولياء ومن يتولهم منكم فهو منهم ) ..

وقال العلماء في تفسير هذه الآية أن أي نوع من أنواع النصرة للمشركين فهو رده قل ذلك أم كثر ..

وإننا بذلك نعلن أن جميع مراكز التصويت معلومة ومثبتة لدينا كأهداف .. وهذا إنذار لكل من استدرجه الشيطان و استحوذ عليه وسولت له نفسه بأن يكون وليا للكافر فأن القصاص نازل به في الدنيا قبل الآخرة.
