- جدد القاضي حبس الشيخ اسبوعين حتى تنظر المحكمة في أمره .

- التهمه الموجهه للشيخ هي " القاء دروس تدعم المقاومة في العراق " مما ادى لتأثر بعض الشباب الكويتي .

- تم نقل الشيخ من امن الدولة وهو معتقل الان في السجن المركزي .
