فإذا بهم يواجهون أعتى قوة عسكرية عرفها التاريخ المعاصر بكبريائها وجبروتها ، وكامل عددها وعدتها ، وهذه سنة الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يكون الباطل في هذه الجولات أكثر عدداً وأعظم عدة ابتلاءً من الله لعباده ، وتمحيصاً لأوليائه ، وليعلموا أن النصر ليس بأيديهم ؛ وإنما هو محض فضل من الله تعالى عليهم فيرغبوا في دعاءئهم إليه ، ويتوكلوا في جهادهم عليه .
ولما عاين المجاهدون هذا التفاوت الهائل في العدة والعتاد بينهم وبين عدوهم رأوا لزاماً عليهم القيام بما يجبر هذا النقص ويسد هذا الفراغ ؛ حتى لا تنطفئ جذوة الجهاد وتخبو ناره ؛ فانطلقت كتائب الاستشهاديين يرومون رضى الرحمن ، ويتسابقون إلى الجنان ، فدكوا معاقل الكفر ، وكسروا جحافل الصفر ، وأعظموا في العدو النكاية ، وأثخنوا فيه الجراح ، وحطموا هيبته ، وكسروا شوكته ، وجرأوا عليه أبناء هذه الأمة ، وبعثوا في النفوس الأمل من جديد ، فلله الحمد والمنة
ولكن يأبى المنهزمون من أبناء جلدتنا إلا أن يجمعوا إلى قعودهم وتخلفهم عن نصرة هذا الدين الطعن في المجاهدين الصادقين ، وأن يكونوا أعواناً للصليبيين من حيث يدرون أو لا يدرون ؛ فصوبوا سهام نقدهم إلى نحور المجاهدين ، وسلطوا ألسنتهم عليهم ، وسخروا أقلامهم للنيل منهم ، ورموهم بعظائم الأمور بحجة :
أنه يحصل في بعض هذه العمليات قتل لمن يوصفون بالمدنيين والأبرياء
ولعلمي أن المجاهدين أحسبهم ولا أزكيهم على الله لا يقدمون على مثل هذه العمليات إلا وضوابط الشرع وأوامره تحكمهم - كيف لا ؟ وهم إنما نفروا إلى ساحات الجهاد ابتغاء مرضات رب العباد ، ونصرة لدينه ، وإعلاءً لكلمته - أحببت أن أذكر حكم الشرع في مثل هذه الحوادث التي قد يقتل فيها المسلمين تبعاً لا قصدا ، مستنيراً بأقوال الأئمة وعلماء الأمة ، وليس غرضي بيان حكم العمليات الاستشهادية فهذه قد قرر غير واحد من علمائنا جوازها فضلاً عن استحبابها

وهو ما اصطلح الفقهاء على تسميتهم بـ( القتل بما يعم )
إن هذه المشروعية مقررة أيضاً وإن أفضى ذلك إلى قتل عدد من المسلمين ممن يقدر وجودهم حال القتال لسبب أو لآخر ضرورة عدم إمكان تجنبهم والتمييز بينهم وبين المقصودين من الكفار الحربيين .
ومع التسليم بأن قتل عدد من المسلمين معصومي الدم مفسدة كبيرة بلا شك ؛ إلا أن الوقوع في هذه المفسدة جائز ، بل متعين دفعاً لمفسدة أعظم وهي :
مفسدة تعطيل الجهاد

إسلام البلاد والعباد للكفار الحاقدين على الإسلام وأهله كأعظم ما يكون الحقد ليفعلوا ماشاءوا من ضرب الذل والصغار على الإسلام وأهله ، وسوط المسلمين ، وقد غدوا لهم عبيداً مطاويع سوقاً جماعياً نحو الذبح تارة ، ونحو الكفر والمروق من الدين تارات مع تحريف الإسلام وتبديله بصورة تامة وقلب حقائقه وتغيير محكماته، وإعادة صياغته صياغة جديدة ليغدو ديناً آخر غير ما جاء به المبعوث بالسيف صلى الله عليه وسلم
وهذا هو هدفهم الأسمى الذي يسعون إليه ويجدون عليه أعواناً من خبالة المنتسبين للإسلام المنتسبين من علماء السحت وغيرهم ، فأي المفسدتين أعظم في شرع الله ودينه ؟؟
وقبل ذكر الأدلة الخاصة بالقول بالمشروعية لابد من تقرير أصلين هامين فنقول :
الأصل الأول – عصمة المسلمين وعظيم حرمة دمائهم
من المسلم به القول بأن دماء المسلمين معصومة بعصام الإسلام إلا بحقه .
روى البخاري ومسلم عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :
" أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمداً رسول الله ، ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة ، فإذا فعلوا ذلك عصموا مني دمائهم وأموالهم إلا بحقها وحسابهم على الله "
وإذا كان قتل المسلم بغير حق من أعظم المحرمات التي حرمها سبحانه وتعالى والأدلة على ذلك كثيرة معلومة ، قال تعالى :
{ ومن يقتل مؤمناً متعمداً فجزاؤه جهنم خالداً فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه وأعد له عذاباً عظيما ً }
قال الشيخ السعدي رحمه الله : فلم يرد في أنواع الكبائر أعظم من هذا الوعيد بل ولا مثله . انتهى كلامه
وروى النسائي عن عبدالله بن عمرو بن العاص قال :
" قتل المؤمن أعظم عندالله من زوال الدنيا "
وروي مرفوعاً إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وصحح الأئمة وقفه على عبدالله بن عمرو بن العاص .
وقد روى ابن ماجة بإسناد فيه ضعف عن عبدالله بن عمرو رضي الله عنهما قال :
"رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يطوف بالكعبة ويقول : ما أطيبك وأطيب ريحك ، ما أعظمك وأعظم حرمتك والذي نفسي بيده لحرمة المؤمن أعظم حرمة عندالله منك ماله ودمه ، وأن نظن به إلا خيراً "
الأصل الثاني – حفظ الدين مقدم على حفظ النفس
قررت الشريعة أن الدين أعظم من النفس والعرض والمال ، فهو أعظم الضروريات الخمس وأساسها ، وحفظه مقدم على حفظها اتفاقاً مع استحضار أن هذه الضروريات لاحفظ لها إلا بإقامة الدين ، والنصوص الكثيرة من الآيات والأحاديث الواردة بالأمر بالجهاد والحث عليه والترغيب فيه ، والنهي عن القعود والترهيب منه كلها دالة على تقرير هذا الأصل وهو كون حفظ الدين مقدماً ، قال تعالى :
{ وأقتلوهم حيث ثقفتموهم وأخرجوهم من حيث أخرجوكم والفتنة أشد من القتل }
قال مجاهد - رحمه الله - في تفسير قوله تعالى ( والفتنة أشد من القتل ) قال ارتداد المؤمن إلى الوثن أشد عليه من القتل .
وقال قتادة والربيع بن أنس والضحاك : الشرك أشد من القتل .
وقال ابن زيد في بيان الفتنة المقصودة هنا :فتنة الكفر .
ونص تعالى على أن الكفر والشرك أشد في شرعه ودينه من االقتل ، وهذا نص في تقديم حفظ الدين على غيره من الضروريات الأربع وعلى رأسها النفس ؛ فحفظ هذه الضروريات في مقابل ضياع الدين بخلاف أمر الله وشرعه هو الفتنة الحقيقية التي يُحذر منها المولى سبحانه .
قال ابن جرير الطبري : يعني تعالى ذكره بقوله ( والفتنة أشد من القتل ) : والشرك بالله أشد من القتل .
وقد بُـيـّن فيما مضى أن أصل الفتنة الابتلاء والاختبار ، فتأويل الكلام :
وابتلاء المرء في دينه حتى يرجع عنه فيصير مشركاً بالله من بعد إسلامه أشد عليه وأضر من أن يقتل مقيماً على دينه مستمسكاً عليه محقاً فيه .
وقال القرطبي رحمه الله : قوله تعالى والفتنة أشد من الكفر أي الفتنة التي حملوكم عليها وراموا رجوعكم بها إلى االكفر أشد من القتل . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله .
والمعنيان متجهان دالان أظهر دلالة على ما نحن فيه ، ففتنة الكفر والشرك أعظم من مفسدة ما يزهق من نفوس المؤمنين تبعاً لا قصداً في سبيل القضاء عليها وتطهير الكون منها ، قال تعالى :
{ يسألونك عن الشهر الحرام قتال فيه قل قتال فيه كبير وصد عن سبيل الله وكفر به والمسجد الحرام وإخراج أهله منه أكبر عند الله }
قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية – رحمه الله - :وتمام الورع أن يعرف الإنسان خير الخيرين، وشر الشرين ، ويعلم أن الشريعة مبناها على تحصيل المصالح وتكميلها ، وتعطيل المفاسد وتقليلها وإلا فمن لم يوازن ما في الفعل والترك من المصلحة الشرعية والمفسدة الشرعية فقد يدع واجبات ويفعل محرمات ويرى ذلك من الورع أو يدع المعروف والنهي عن المنكر والجهاد في سبيل الله لما في فعل ذلك من أذى بعض بعض الناس والانتقام منهم حتى يستولي الكفار والفجار على الصالحين الأبرار فلا ينظر المصلحة الراجحة في ذلك ، وقد قال الله تعالى : { يسألونك عن الشهر الحرام ... } الآية يقول سبحانه وإن كان قتل النفوس فيه شر فالفتنة الحاصلة بالكفر وظهور أهله أعظم من ذلك فيُـدفع أعظم الفسادين بالتزام أدناهما . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله .
وقال أيضاً : وذلك أن الله تعالى أباح من قتل لنفوس ما يُـحتاج إليه في صلاح الخلق كما قال تعالى : { والفتنة أكبر من القتل } وإن كان فيه شر وفساد ففي فتنة الكفار من الشر والفساد ما هو أكبر . انتهى كلامه
وقال الشاطبي – رحمه الله - : واعتبار الدين مقدم على اعتبار النفس وغيرها في نظر الشرع .
وقال أيضاً : إن النفوس محترمة محفوظة ومطلوبة الإحياء بحيث إذا دار الأمر بين إحيائها وإتلاف المال عليها ، أو إتلافها وإحياء المال كان إحيائها أولى ؛ فإن عارض إحيائها إماتة الدين كان إحياء الدين أولى ، وإن أدى إلى إماتتها كما جاء في جهاد الكفار وقتل المرتد وغير ذلك . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
إذاً فحفظ الدين بالقضاء على حكم الطاغوت الذي يُـعبّد الناس له من دون رب العالمين ويسوقهم سوقاً جميعاً نحو الكفر والردة فضلاً عما يشيعه في البلاد وبين العباد من الظلم والإفساد مقدم إجماعاً على حفظ غيره من الضروريات الأخرى أياً كانت تلك الضروريات
وقد نص الشاطبي -رحمه الله -على أن الأوامر في الشريعة لا تجري في التأكيد مجرىً واحدا وأنها لا تدخل تحت قصد واحد ، فإن الأوامر المتعلقة بالأمور الضرورية ليست كالأوامر المتعلقة بالأمور الحاجية ولا التحسينية ، ولا الأمور المكملة للضروريات كالضروريات أنفسها ، بل بينهما تفاوت معلوم ، بل الأمور الضرورية ليست في الطلب على وزان واحد كالطلب المتعلق بأصل الدين ، ليس كالتأكيد في النفس ، ولا النفس كالعقل إلى سائر أصناف الضروريات .انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
ورحم الله الشيخ سليمان بن سحمان عندما جلّى الأمر بدقة فقال : ولكن لما عاد الإسلام غريباً كما بدأ صار الجاهلون به يعتقدون ما هو سبب الرحمة سبب العذاب ، وما هو سبب الإلفة والجماعة سبب الفرقة والاختلاف ، وما يحقن الدماء سبباً لسفكها كالذين قال الله فيهم : { وإن تصبهم سيئة يطّـيروا بموسى ومن معه } وكالذين قالوا لأتباع الرسل : { إنا تطيرنا بكم } فمن اعتقد أن تحكيم شريعة الإسلام يُـفضي إلى القتال والمخالفة وأنه لا يحصل الاجتماع أو الالفة إلا على حاكم الطاغوت فهو كافر عدو لله ولجميع الرسل ؛ فإن هذا حقيقة ما عليه كفار قريش الذين يعتقدون أن الصواب ما عليه آباؤهم دون ما بعث الله به رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم .
وقال : المقام الثاني إذا عرفت أن التحاكم إلى الطاغوت كفر وقد ذكر الله في كتابه أن الكفر أكبر من القتل فقال : { والفتنة أكبر من القتل } وقال : { والفتنة أشد من القتل } والفتنة هي الكفر ، فلو اقتتلت البادية والحاضرة حتى يذهبوا لكان أهون من أن ينصبوا في الأرض طاغوتاً يحكم بغير شريعة الإسلام التي بعث الله بها رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله .
فأعظم فتنة ترزأ بها الأرض هي الكفر والشرك بتعبيد العباد لغير المعبود الحق
ورحم الله الإمام الشوكاني إذ يقول مصارخا :
فيا علماء الإسلام ، ويا ملوك المسلمين أي رزئ للإسلام أشد من الكفر ، وأي بلاء بهذا الدين أضر عليه من عبادة غير الله ، وأي مصيبة يصاب بها المسلمون تعدل هذه المصيبة ، وأي منكر يجب إنكاره إن لم يكن إنكار هذا الشرك من البين الواضح . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
وقد تقرر في الأصول أن الضرر الخاص يُـتحمل لدفع الضرر العام ، وأن الضررالأشد يزال بالضرر الأخف ، وأنه إذا تعارض مفسدتان روعي أعظمهما ضرراً ، وأنه يُـختار أهون الشرين .
وقد تبين لكل عاقل أن ضرر ترك الجهاد وتعطيله أعظم بما لا مزيد له في الدين والدنيا مما قد يترتب على الجهاد من ضرر يلحق البعض في نفس أو مال أو نحو ذلك ، مع كون هذا الضرر هو من الضرر الخاص مقارنة بالفواجع والطوام التي تضرب الأمة كلها في دينها ودنياها .
بعد تقرير الأصلين السابقين نقول :
إن مشروعية رمي الكفار المحاربين بكل ما يمكن من السلاح وإن اختلط بهم من لا يجوز قتله من المسلمين تقررت بــ(أدلة خاصة ، بالإضافة للقواعد العامة التي سبق تقريرها ) وهذه الأدلة هي :
أولاً : ما قرره جماهير الفقهاء من رمي الكفار المحاربين حال تترسهم بالمسلمين
وهو ما يعرف بـ ( مسألة الترس ) والمراد بالتترس هنا أن يتخذ العدو طائفة من المسلمين بمثابة الترس – وهو الدرع – يدفع به عن نفسه استهداف المجاهدين له بالقتل ، وقد ذهب جماهير العلماء إلى مشروعية رمي الكفار المحاربين في هذه الحالة وإن ترتب على ذلك قتل المُتترس بهم من المسلمين يقيناً لضرورة دفع عادية الكفار على المسلمين وعدم تكمن التوصل إلى قتل الكفار المحاربين إلا بذلك ، كما ذهب الأحناف والمالكية بجواز ذلك وإن لم تدع ضرورة إليه .
ومن فقه الأحناف : جاء في متن البداية - أشهر متون الأحناف- ( وإن تترسوا بصبيان المسلمين أو الأسارى لم يكفوا عن رميهم ، ويقصدون بالرمي الكفار )
قال شارح البداية : ولا بأس برميهم وإن كان فيهم مسلم أسير أو تاجر ؛ لأن في الرمي دفع الضرر العام بالذّب عن بيضة الإسلام وقتل الأسير والتاجر ضرر خاص ، ولأنه قل ما يخلو حصن من مسلم فلو امتنع بإعتباره لانسد بابه ، وإن تترسوا بصبيان المسلمين أو الأسارى لم يكفوا عن رميهم لما بينّا ويقصدون بالرمي الكفار ؛ لأنه إن تعذر التمييز فعلاً فلقد أمكن قصداً والطاعة ، بحسب الطاقة . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
وقال االكاساني في بدائع الصنائع : ولا بأس برميهم بالنبال وإن علموا أن فيهم مسلمين من الأسارى أو التجار لما فيه من الضرورة إذ حصون الكفرة قلما تخلو من مسلم أسير أو تاجر فاعتباره يؤدي إلى انسداد الجهاد ولكن يقصدون بذلك الكفرة دون المسلمين ؛ لأنه لا ضرورة في القصد إلى قتل مسلم بغير حق ، وكذا إذا تترسوا باطفال المسلمين ، فلا بأس بالرمي إليهم لضرورة إقامة الفرض لكنهم بقصدون الكفار دون الأطفال . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
ومن فقه المالكية جاء في متن مختصر خليل : وإن تترسوا بذرية تُـركوا إلا لخوف ، ولمسلم لم يقصد الترس إن لم يُـخف على أكثر المسلمين .
قال في الشرح الكبير : وإن تترسوا بمسلم قوتولوا ولم يُـقصد الترس بالرمي وإن خفنا على أنفسنا لأن دم المسلم لا يُباح بالخوف على النفس إن لم يُخف على أكثر المسلمين ، فإن خيف سقطت حرمة الترس وجاز رميهم . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
وقال القرطبي رحمه الله في تفسيره : قد يجوز قتل الترس ولا يكون فيه اختلاف إن شاء الله وذلك إذا كانت المصلحة ضرورية كلية قطعية فمعنى كونها ضرورية أنها لا يحصل الوصول إلى الكفار إلا بقتل الترس ، ومعنى أنها كلية أنها قاطعة لكل الأمة حتى يحصل من قتل الترس مصلحة كل المسلمين ، فإن لم يفعل قتل الكفار الترس واستولوا على كل الأمة ، ومعنى كونها قطعية أن تلك المصلحة حاصلة من قتل الترس قطعاً
قال علماؤنا : وهذه المصلحة بهذه القيود لا ينبغي أن يُختلف باعتبارها لأن الفرض أن الترس مقتول قطعاً ، فإما بأيدي العدو فتحصل المفسدة العظيمة التي هي استيلاء العدو على كل المسلمين ، وإما بأيدي المسلمين فيهلك العدو و ينجوا المسلمون أجمعون .
ولا يتأتى لعاقل أن يقول : لا يُقتل الترس في هذه الصورة بوجه لأنه يلزم منه ذهاب الترس والإسلام والمسلمين ، لكن لما كانت هذه المصلحة غير خالية من المفسدة نفرت منها نفس من لم يمعن النظر فيها ؛ فإن تلك المفسدة بالنسبة على ما يحصل منها عدم أو كالعدم والله أعلم . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
ومن فقه الشافعية ، قال النووي رحمه الله في روضة الطالبين : لو تترس الكفار بمسلمين من الأسارى وغيرهم نُظر :إن لم تدع إلى رميهم واحتمل الإعراض عنهم لم يجز رميهم ، وإن دعت ضرورة إلى رميهم بأن تترسوا بهم في حال التحام القتال وكانوا بحيث لو كففنا عنهم ظفروا بنا وكثرت نكايتهم فوجهان : أحدهما لا يجوز الرمي إذا لم يمكن ضرب الكفار إلا بضرب مسلم ؛ لأن غايته أن نخاف على أنفسنا ، ودم المسلم لا يُباح بالخوف بدليل صورة الإكراه . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
فقياس هذه الحالة على صورة الإكراه غير متجه البتة لأن المكره على قتل غيره يهدف إلى دفع الضرر الخاص عن نفسه ، وليست نفسه بأولى من نفس غيره ، أما هنا فالهدف هو دفع الضرر العام عن الأمة جميعاً في دينها قبل دنياها ، وليس للمجاهد الرامي حظ خاص من نفسه من قريب أو بعيد .
وقال النووي أيضاً : والثاني وهو الصحيح المنصوص – وبه قطع العراقيون – جواز الرمي على قصد قتال المشركين ، ويتوخى المسلمين بحسب الإمكان لأن مفسدة الإعراض اكثر من مفسدة الإقدام ، ولا يبعد احتمال طائفة بالدفع عن بيضة الإسلام ومراعاة للأمور الكليات . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
ومن فقه الحنابلة ، قال ابن قدامة رحمه الله في الكافي : وإن تترسوا بأسارى المسلمين أو أهل الذمة لم يجز رميهم إلا في حال التحام الحرب والخوف على المسلمين لأنهم معصومون بأنفسهم فلم يبح التعرض بإتلافهم من غير ضرورة ، وفي حال الضرورة يُباح رميهم لأن حفظ الجيش أهم . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
وقال ابن مفلح في المبدع : وإن تترسوا بالمسلمين لم يجز رميهم كأن تكون الحرب غير قائمة ، أو لإمكان القدرة عليهم بدونه أو من أمن من شرهم إلا أن يُـخاف على المسلمين مثل كون الحرب قائمة أو لم يُـقدر عليهم إلا بالرمي فيرميهم ، نص عليه بالضرورة . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله .
يتحصل لنا من تلك النصوص السابقة عن فقهاء وأئمة المذاهب المختلفة :
أولاً : أن الجميــع متفقون على جواز رمي الكفار المحاربين حال تترسهم بالمسلمين وإن تيقنّا قتل المُتترس بهم عند الخوف على المسلمين أن ينزل بهم ضرر من أعدائهم من نكاية أو هزيمة .
ثانياً : أن الأحناف والشافعية في الصحيح عندهم ، والحنابلة في أحد القولين على جواز الرمي في تلك الحالة إذا كانت الحرب قائمة ، أو لم يـُـقدر عليهم إلا بذلك وإن لم نخف على المسلمين .
وقال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله : الأئمة متفقون على أن الكفار لو تترسوا بمسلمين وخيف على المسلمين إذا لم يُقاتلوا فإنه يجوز أن نرميهم ونقصد الكفار ، ولو لم نخف على المسلمين جاز رمي أولئك المسلمين أيضاً في أحد قولي العلماء ، ومن قُتل لأجل الجهاد الذي أمر الله به ورسوله وهو في الباطل مظ.... كان شهيدا وبُعث على نيته ولم يكن قتله أعظم فساداً من قتل من يُقتل من المؤمنين المجاهدين . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
والكلام الأخير من شيخ الإسلام ظاهره ترجيح القول بجواز الرمي ولو لم نخف على المسلمين
إذا تقرر كما سبق الجواز في تلك الصورة القديمة بالترس بشرطها ؛ فإن الجواز يُقرر من باب أولى في الصورة المعاصرة للترس اليوم - وهو الذي يعمد فيها العدو إلى وضع أماكن تجمعاته ومنشآته المختلفة وسط المسلمين وأحيائهم السكنية ليحتمي بهم – بوجوه عدة :
أولاً : أن كلام الفقهاء والأئمة السابق هو في الأسلحة القديمة المستخدمة بالرمي قبل اكتشاف البارود ، ومن البدهي أن هذه الأسلحة القديمة أقرب لإمكان التمييز وتلافي إصابة المسلمين من الأسلحة الحديثة .
ثانياً : أننا مطالبون شرعاً باستخدام أقوى الأسلحة وأشدها فتكاً بأعداء الله إن كان ذلك في قدرتنا واستطاعتنا ؛ فكيف مع الفارق الهائل بيننا وبين عدونا .
ثالثاً : أننا مطالبون شرعاً قبل النصر والتمكين لكلمة الله في الأرض بالإثخان في أعداء الله ، والاثخان هو التقتيل الذريع في أعداء الله والذي تنكسر معه شوكتهم ولا يكون لهم نهوض بعده ، قال تعالى : { فإذا لقيتم الذين كفروا فضرب الرقاب حتى إذا اثخنتموهم فشدوا الوثاق } فليس هناك شد للوثاق قبل الإثخان .
فهذه التنبيهات السابقة تجعل القول بالجواز في الصورة المعاصرة أولى بلا شك لتحقق الضرورة الملجئة في أعلى صورها باستخدام أكثر الأسلحة تطوراً ، وأشدها فتكاً في أعداء الله لإرهابهم وتحقيق أعظم نكاية فيهم ولإحداث نوع من التوازن في ميزان القوى المحتل ، ومعلوم أن إمكان التمييز بهذه الأسلحة بين المقصودين وبين غيرهم من المحال .
رابعاً : إن كلام الفقهاء السابق إنما هو في جهاد الطلب حيث إن هذه المسألة مفترضة حال غزو المسلمين للكفار في ديارهم لفتح هذه البلاد وإخضاعها لحكم المسلمين ومن البدهي القول بأن الجواز يُـقرر من باب الأولى في جهاد الدفع أي لدفع الكفار المحاربين عن الاستيلاء لبلاد المسلمين ، فكيف مع تحقق هذا الاستيلاء فعلاً ، بل ومع مرور السنين الطوال على هذا الاستيلاء بما يرسخ حكم الصليبيين وشرعهم فوق البلاد وعلى رؤوس العباد .
خامساً : سبق معنا قول القرطبي : ( فإن لم يفعل قتل الكفار الترس ) أما في حالتنا اليوم فإن لم يفعل فتن الكفار الترس بفتنة الكفر والردة حتى يتمكن حكم الصليبيين في الأرض ، ويترسخ ويصبح له الصولة والدولة ومن ثم يستبيح دين المسلمين وحرماتهم ، ثم يسوقهم سوقاً جميعاً نحو الانسلاخ من الدين عبر حكمه وشرعه المضاد لحكم الله وشرعه
وقد أشار لعين هذا المعنى شيخ الإسلام فقال : وقد اتفق العلماء على أن جيش الكفار إذا تترسوا بمن عندهم من أسرى المسلمين وخيف على المسلمين الضرر إذا لم يقاتلوا فإنهم يقاتلون وإن أفضى ذلك إلى قتل المسلمين الذين تترسوا بهم ، وإن لم يُخف على المسلمين ففي جواز القتال المفضي إلى قتل هؤلاء المسلمين قولان مشهوران للعلماء ، وهؤلاء المسلمون إذا قتلوا كانوا شهداء ولا يترك الجهاد الواجب لأجل من يُقتل شهيداً ، فإن المسلمين إذا قاتلوا الكفار فمن قُتل من المسلمين يكون شهيداً ، ومن قُتل وهو في الباطل لا يستحق القتل لأجل مصلحة الإسلام كان شهيداً . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
وقال أيضاً : وكذلك مسألة التترس التي ذكرها الفقهاء فإن الجهاد هو دفع فتنة الكفر فيحصل فيها من المضرة ما هو دونها ؛ ولهذا اتفق الفقهاء على أنه متى لم يمكن دفع الضرر عن المسلمين إلا بما يُفضي إلى قتل أولئك المُتترس بهم جاز ذلك وإن لم يُـخف الضرر ، لكن لم يُـمكن الجهاد إلا بما يُـفضي إلى قتلهم ففيه قولان ، ومن يُسوغ ذلك يقول : قتلهم لأجل مصلحة الجهاد مثل قتل المسلمين المقاتلين يكونون شهداء . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
فنص شيخ الإسلام على أن قتل الترس أقل مضرة من شيوع الكفر وظهوره .
[SIZE=4]ثانياً : وهو ما يُـعد نصاً في مسألتنا هذه في مشروعية رمي الكفار المحاربين بكل ما يمكن من السلاح وإن اختلط بهم المسلمون ما جاء من حديث أم المؤمنين أم سلمة – رضي الله عنها – قالت : قال رسول الله صلى اله عليه وسلم : " يعوذ عائذ بالبيت فيُـبعث غليه بعث فإذا كانوا ببيداء من الأرض خُـسف بهم " فقلت : يا رسول الله فكيف بمن كان كارهاً ؟ قال : "يُـخسف به معهم ولكنه يُـبعث يوم القيامة على نيته "
وعن أم المؤمنين حفصة – رضي الله عنها – أنها سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : " ليؤمن هذا البيت جيشٌ يغزونه حتى إذا كانوا ببيداء من الأرض يُـخسف بأوسطهم وينادي أولهم آخرهم ثم يُخسف بهم فلا يبقى إلا الشريد الذي يُخبر عنهم "
وعن أم المؤمنين عائشة – رضي الله – قالت : عبث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في منامه ، فقلنا يا رسول الله صنعت شيئاً في منامك لم تكن تفعله ، فقال : " العجب ؛ إن ناساً من أمتي يؤمون بالبيت لرجل من قريش قد لجأ بالبيت حتى إذا كانو ا بالبيداء خُـسف بهم " فقلنا يا رسول الله إن الطريق قد يجمع الناس ! قال : " نعم فيهم المستبصر والمجبور وابن السبيل يهلكون مهلكاً واحداً ويصدرون مصادر شتى يبعثهم الله على نياتهم "
فهذا الحديث برواياته المتعددة - وجميعها في صحيح مسلم - نص ظاهر بشمول العذاب لمقصودين به أساساً ولكل من خالطهم عند نزوله وإن لم يكن منهم أصلاً وإن كان من الناجين يوم القيامة ، مع أن الله تعالى قادر على أن يخص بالعذاب المسحقين به وحدهم .
قال شيخ الإسلام : فالله تعالى أهلك الجيش الذي أراد أن ينتهك حرماته المكره فيهم وغير المكره مع قدرته على التمييز بينهم ، مع أنه يبعثهم على نياتهم ؛ فكيف يجب على المؤمنين المجاهدين أن يميزوا بين المُكره وغيره وهم لا يعلمون ذلك ؛ بل لو كان فيهم قوم صالحون من خيار الناس ولم يمكن قتالهم إلا بقتل هؤلاء لقتلوا أيضاً ، ومن قتل لأجل الجهاد الذي أمر الله به ورسوله هو في الباطل مظلوم كان شهيداً وبُـعث على نيته ، ولم يكن قتله أعظم فساداً من قتل من يُقتل من المؤمنين المجاهدين ، وإذا كان الجهاد واجباً وإن قُتل من المسلمين ما شاء الله ؛ فقتل من يُقتل في صفهم من المسلمين لحاجة الجهاد ليس أعظم من هذا . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
ففي هذا الاستعراض للأدلة الخاصة في هذه المسألة ( مسألة رمي الكفار المحاربين إذا اختلط بهم مسلمون ) يظهر لنا بجلاء :
أن المشروعية مقررة من وجوه عدة وهنا لابد من التنبيه على مسألة هي غاية في الأهمية ؛ فإضافة إلى الفارق الهائل بيننا وبين عدونا في العدة والعتاد فإن الطبيعة الجغرافية لأرض العراق تضطر المجاهدين في كثير من للجوء على مثل هذا النوع من القتال ، فلا وجود لغابات يكمنون بها لعدوهم ، ولا جبال يتحصنون بها وينطلقون منها لتنفيذ عملياتهم والعدو قد نزل بالعقر من الديار ، ونازعنا الأرض التي نقف عليها ، واتخذ قواعده المحصنة فيها ، وأقام حواجز السيطرة ونقاط التفتيش في كل مكان ، يساعده في ذلك أعوانه من الجيش والشُـرط ، وطوابير العملاء والجواسيس الذين يرقبون كل غادٍ ورائح ؛ مما يزيد في صعوبة حركة المجاهدين ، ويتضح ذلك جلياً لكل منصف يقارن حالنا مع إخوة لنا في ساحات أخرى من ساحات الجهاد ، فالجبال الشاهقة والوعرة في أفغانستان ، والغابات الكثيفة في الشيشان ، هيأت المجاهدين المكان الناسب لخوض حرب طويلة الأمد يُـستنزف فيها العدو ، وأتاحت لهم اتخاذ قواعد خلفية آمنة مكنتهم من التفكير والتخطيط بعيداً عن عدوهم والانطلاق في عمليات كر وفر ثم الرجوع على هذا الملاذ الآمن ، وهذا كله مفقود على أرض الرافدين
لذا والحالة هذه كان الدخول مع العدو في مواجهات ميدانية مباشرة من الصعوبة بمكان ولا سيما في بغداد التي هي عقر دار العدو ، وكثافته فيها منقطعة النظير ؛ فكان لابد من تكثيف عملياتنا الاستشهادية لخلخة توازن العدو على هذه المدن وإرغامه على الخروج منها إلى أماكن يسهل اقتناصه فيها ، وهذه العمليات هي سلاحنا الفتاك الذي يُثخن في العدو الجراح ، وتنخلع به قلوب افراده ، وتعظم فيه النكاية ؛ هذا مع سهولته علينا وقلة الخسائر بالنسبة إلينا .
فلو أوقفنا هذه العمليات فلاشك أن جذوة الجهاد ستضعف حتما إن لم تخبُ في هذه المرحلة ، وبضعف الجهاد وتمكن العدو من بسط سيطرته على بغداد تحصل المفسدة الكبرى ؛ فيتمكن العدو من تدبير مؤامراته ومخططاته ، ويستبيح الأمة بأكملها
وقد رأى العالم بأسره جرائم عُباد الصليب ، وشُذّاذ النصارى ، وبغايا الروم في سجن أبي غريب وبوكا ، وما فعله أعوانهم الروافض في سجونهم في الجنوب في االكوت والحلَة والنجف وكربلاء والبصرة وغيرها وهم لم يُمكنوا التمكن الحقيقي فكيف لو تمكنوا من بسط سيطرتهم على أرض العراق ؟؟
فإن الروافض الحاقدين يحاولون بشتى الوسائل إظهار حرصهم على الدم العراقي لتشويه صورة المجاهدين ، وإظهارهم أمام العالم أنهم سفاكوا دماء ، ونسي احفاد ابن العلقمي غدراتهم بأبناء هذه الأمة التي حُفرت في جبين التاريخ
وسنذكر بعضاً من جرائمهم لعله يتبين للأمة الشيء اليسير من حالهم :
أولاً : في عام 1981 أي قبل نحو ربع قرن من الآن قام انتحاري من قوات فيلق الغدر – فيلق بدر – بتفجير نفسه بشاحنة مفخخة في مبنى الإذاعة والتلفزيون العراقي في الصالحية راح ضحيته العشرات .
ثانياً : شهدت شوارع أبي النواس والسعدون والكرّادة والزعفرانية خلال الحرب الإيرانية عشرات العمليات التفجيرية بالسيارات المفخخة بالشوارع راح ضحيتها العشرات .
ثالثاً : في الرابع من نيسان عام 1980 أوقع عناصر فيلق بدر قنابل يدوية بين الطلاب في الجامعة المستنصرية في بغداد راح ضحيتها العشرات ، وعندما خرجت جنازة تشييع الضحايا في اليوم التاني تم إلقاء القنابل من داخل بناء المدرسة الإيرانية وقُتل العديد ممن كان في الجنازة .
رابعاً : وقعت في الفترة ما بين عامي 1991 إلى الغزو الأمريكي أكثر من ثمانين عملية تفجير سيارات مفخخة في مختلف مناطق العراق على يد قوات فيلق بدر .
خامساً : أطلقت قوات فيلق بدر 65 صاروخاً محلياً موجهاً بواسطة سيارات متحركة من مناطق قريبة من بغداد مثل المحمودية واللطيفية وناحية الرشيد والأمين خلال عامي 1999 – 2000 راح ضحيتها العشرات .
سادساً : عمليات قطع الطرق السريعة بين العمارة والناصرية وقتل المسافرين عبر إقامة سيطرات مزيفة كان يقوم بها ويتباهى في عملها ، ويُصدّر البيانات بنسبتها حزب الدعوة إلى الشيطان وقوات فيلق بدر وقوات كريم ماهوت وذلك خلال عام 1991 ولم تنته إلا بدخول الصليبيين إلى بغداد ، وغير ذلك من جرائمهم التي لو ذهبنا نتتبعها لطال بنا المقام .
والله يعلم حرصنا أن لا نوقع خسائر بين المسلمين ، وكم من عملية محكمة أُلغيت ، وأهداف كبيرة فاتت ، لتوقع خسائر كبيرة بين المسلمين
ونحن على علم أنه قد تحدث بعض الأخطاء ، ويقع بعض الضحايا وهذا - والله - مما يدمي قلوبنا ، ويقرّح اكبادنا ؛ لكن ما حيلتنا والواقع ما ذكرنا من تخلل العدو فينا
ولو أن العدو متميزو متزيل عن مناطق المسلمين لما اجزنا لأنفسنا بحال من الأحوال التوسع في هذه العمليات ؛ فالطريق يجمع الناس ، ولا يمكن بحال قتال الكفار إلا بقتل بعض المسلمين ، وكما قال احد إخواننا :
فلو فُرض على المجاهدين التمييز بين الكفار والمسلمين لتعطل الجهاد في كل مكان ، فقد قام المجاهدون بمثل هذه العمليات في غزوتي نييورك وواشنطن وكان هناك بعض المسلمين ، وفعلوها في الرياض وبالي ، وعلى المعبد اليهودي في تونس ، وفعلوها في نيروبي وفعلوها في تنزانيا ومومباسا ، وكراتشي وكويتا وكابل ، وغروزني وموسكو ، فمن أراد تحريم هذه العمليات بسقوط المسلمين فيها تبعاً لا قصداً ؛ فعليه أن يمنع الجهاد في كل مكان لأنه لا يمكن أن يسلم عمل جهادي من سقوط المسلمين ، ولا يؤمر المرء بمالا يُطيق .
فنحن والله لا نرضى أن تُراق دماء المسلمين بغير وجه حق
ووالله لئن أُقـدم فتُـضرب عُـنقي أحب إلي من تقصد قتل امرئ مسلم بغير حق
أضف إلى هذا التشويه المتعمد من الإعلام ال**** لهذه العمليات ، وما يحصل من قلب لحجم الخسائر في صفوف الصليبيين وأعوانهم من المرتدين .
ونسمع اليوم – وللأسف – كثيراً من منافقي هذه الأمة من يُشنّع على المجاهدين ، ويحتج عليهم بإن العمليات الاستشهادية التي يقوم بها المجاهدون يترتب عليها سفك لدماء المسلمين ، مع أنهم يعلمون علم اليقين بأن المجاهدين لا يتقصدون قتل المسلمين ، بل مرادهم قتل الصليبيين وأعوانهم من المرتدين ، ولكن هؤلاء في حقيقة أمرهم لا يهمهم أمر المسلمين ولا دمائهم وإنما همهم إرضاء أوليائهم من المرتدين والصليبيين ؛ وإلا فهؤلاء المسلمون يُقتـّلون في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها وهذه دماؤهم تُراق وهي أرخص الدماء فهل سمعتم يوماً عن احد من هذه الأبواق العميلة قام يوماً مقام حق لله تعالى فتكلم عن تلكم الجرائم ؟؟
وهل تجرأ أحدهم فأبان عن جرائم الفيالق العسكرية الرافضية كفيلق الغدر – فيلق بدر – الذي يتزعمه عبدالعزيز الحكيم الطبطبائي المجوسي ؟؟
فلتعلمي يا أمتي بأن هذه الفيالق ال****ة عندما دخلت إلى العراق أثخنت أيما إثخان في أهل التوحيد ، وهجّرت العوائل السنية من الجنوب ، وقلت المئات من أهل السنة ، واغتصبت المساجد وحولتها إلى معاقل للوثنية والشرك ، كل هذا وفق برنامج مدروس لتصفية أهل السنة ؛ فقد اغتصبوا ( 29 ) مسجداً في بغداد تم تحويلها إلى حُسينيات وثنية مع أنهم لم يقربوا كنيسة واحدة ، ولم يُغلقوا محلاً واحداً لبيع الخمور ، وعندما ذهب بعضهم إلى الهالك محمد باقر الحكيم يستجديه إعادة المساجد إلى أهل السنة أجابهم بالحرف الواحد : ( كم مسجداً أُخذ منكم ؟ ) فلما اخبروه أجابهم بكل لؤم : ( تسعة وعشرون مسجداً فقط هذا قليل ، أنتم أهل السنة لكم أربعة آلاف مسجد في العراق أفتستكثرون علينا هذه المساجد ؟ )
كما وقاموا بتصفية معظم كوادر ورموز أهل السنة من الدعاة والأطباء والمدرسين وأصحاب الخبرة والتقنية .
بل وقاموا باختطاف كثير من النساء اللاتي لا يُعرف مصيرهن حتى الآن .
بل إن قوات الشرطة الروافض شاركوا في انتهاك أعراض المسلمات الحرائر مع الصليبين في سجن أبي غريب .
فلو تعلمون عن سجن الكوت الذي تُديره المخابرات الإيرانية
وسجن الحلّة الذي يديره الرافضي المسمى بـ
( العميد قيس )
الذي كان يُقطّع أعضاء المسلمين بالمنشار الكهربائي يستبيح أعراض المسلمات هناك .
ولا تسأل عن السجن في حُسينية البراتة في بغداد معقل فيلق بدر .
فوالله لم نبدأهم بالقتال ، ولم نصوب إليهم النبال
وفي أرض الرافدين طوائف عدة كالصابئة واليزيديين عبدة الشيطان ، واالكلدانيين والآشوريين ما مددنا أيدنا بسوء إليهم ولا صوبنا سهامنا عليهم مع أنها طوائف لا تمت للإسلام بصلة ولكن لم يظهر لنا أنها شاركت الصليبيين في قتالهم للمجاهدين ولم تلعب الدور الخسيس الذي لعبه الرافضة .
ولكن أخبريني يا أمتي أيسعنا والحالة هذه أن نغمد سيوفنا ونكف أيدينا خشية اتهامنا بإثارة الطائفية !!
وليت شعري عن أي طائفية يتحدثون !! أمة من الناس رجال ونساء وصبيان يجأرون إلى الله ليل نهار من ظلم الروافض الحاقدين الذين مكنوا لعـُباد الصليب المعتدين .
بل وأقسم بالذي أنزل براءة عائشة في االكتاب ، ومكن الصديق من مسيلمة الكذاب ، واطفأ نار المجوس على يد عمر بن الخطاب أن ما لاقاه ويلاقيه أهل السنة في العراق من هؤلاء الروافض احفاد ابن العلقمي أشنع وأفضع بكثير مما لاقوه على يد العدو الأمريكي
ولكن كل هذا مُـغيب عن أمتي لأجل التكتيم الإعلامي وسكوت ومداهنة علماء السوء .
والله إن قلبي ليتقطر حزناً على ما يحل بأهل السنة في بغداد والجنوب ، ولو حدثتكم عما يلاقيه إخوانكم وأخواتكم في الجنوب لما تلذذتم بالعيش إن كان عندكم غيرة على حرمات المسلمين .
وساذكر هنا قصة تتقطع منها القلوب والأجساد وتتقرح لسماعها الأكباد وهي على سبيل الذكر والاستشهاد لا على سبيل الحصر والاستطراد لعلها تُصادف من أبناء هذه الأمة آذاناً واعية ، وقلوباً حية :
ففي مدينة الحلة اقتحم قوات الشرطة المرتدين منزل احد إخواننا المجاهدين ، فلما شعر بهم لاذ منهم بالفرار فأتى عدو الله الرافضي المدعو بـ (العميد قيس ) إلى زوجة أخينا العفيفة الطاهرة وأخذ يجرها من رأسها ، ويجذبها من شعرها مهدداً ومتوعداً لها إن لم تخبره بمكان زوجها بسلب عفتها وانتهاك عرضها وهي تصرخ وتستغيث :
ألا من مغيث !!!
ألا من أمتي من يغار على أعراضنا ويدافع عن حُرماتنا !!!
ولم تدر هذه المسكينة أن أبناء الأمة في لهوهم يلعبون وفي سباتهم نائمون .
فما كان منا لما بلغنا خبرها إلا المسارعة بإغاثتها ، وتلبية ندائها فوالله لا حيينا إن بقي هذا وأمثاله أحياء ؛ فقام الإخوة بمراقبة دقيقة لبيته ثم انطلق أحد الأسود الاستشهاديين قاصداً معقل هذا المرتد اللعين فدك عليه حصنه الحصين ، وأصابه وأهله من الرعب والجراح مالا ينساه على مر السنين ، وقدر الله أن يكون له في عمره بقية باقية ادخاراً منه سبحانه ثواب قتله لعبد اشترى الآخرة بالفانية .
وما زال الليوث يقعدون لهذا الرافضي كل مقعد ، ويتربصون به كل مرصد حتى يعلم وأمثاله حرمة أعراض أخواتنا المسلمات فلا تسول لهم أنفسهم الاعتداء عليهن ، والنيل من كرامتهن .
وما يزيدني ألماً سكوت هؤلاء الخونة الذين يرغبون في كل شيء إلا في أخذ الدين بقوة عن جرائم الرافضة .
لماذا يُخفى كل هذا عن أمتي ؟؟
لماذا تُقلب الحقائق ولا تظهر لأمتى ؟؟
لماذا إذا سئلواعن الرافضة انطلقت ألسنتهم بالثناء عليهم ، وإذا سئلوا على المجاهدين تبرأوا منهم وصوبوا سهام التجريح إليهم ؟؟
وليتهم إذ تخلفوا مع القاعدين أمسكوا لسانهم عن المجاهدين ، فالذي أعلمه من تاريخنا الإسلامي أنه عندما دخل التتار إلى بغداد على يد ابن العلقمي تكلم الأئمة الصادقون كـ : ابن تيمية وابن كثير والذهبي بكل صراحة عن خيانة الروافض في تسليم بغداد للتار ، ولم نسمع أن أحداً من علماء الأمة قام وأنكر على هؤلاء الأئمة بأن ابن العلقمي رجل واحد ولا شأن للرافضة بذلك .
ولا قال اتقوا الله لا تثيروها فتنة طائفية .
بل كل ما وصلنا عن أئمتنا جيلاً بعد جيل إنكارهم على هؤلاء الروافض وكشف ضلالهم وخيانتهم ؛ فهذا الإمام ابن كثير في كتابه العظيم ( البداية والنهاية ) بعد تفكك الدولة العباسية يفتتح تاريخه بمعظم السنين بذكر الخطوب بين أهل السنة والشيعة ، وما حصل من اقتتال بين الفريقين ، وفي عام 441 هـ ذكر فتناً يطول ذكرها من إحراق لدور كثيرة بين السنة والشيعة بسبب سب الصحابة وزوجات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ثم ذكر في العام الذي يليه أمراً عجيباً فقال :
وفيها اصطلح الروافض والسنة ببغداد وذهبوا كلهم لزيارة مشهد علي ومشهد الحسين ، وترضوا في الكرخ على الصحابة كلهم أو ترحموا عليهم . وهذا عجيب جداً إلا أن يكون من باب التقية . انتهى كلامه رحمه الله
وصدقت فراسة وحدس ابن كثير ، ففي العام الذي يليه وقعت حرب بين الروافض والسنة ، وقتل من الفريقين الخلق الكثير .
فوالله إن الروافض الحاقدين لأشد علينا من أعدائنا الصليبيين ، ولعل من استنفذ وسعه في الطعن فينا ، والحل علينا أن يُلبس على السّذج من أبناء هذه الأمة دينهم بكون من يوصف بأنهم من أهل العلم يستنكر منا صنيعنا ، ويرد علينا فعلنا ، وما علم هؤلاء أن هذه الخدعة – بفضل الله – ما عادت تنطلي على أولي الأبصار وما عادت هذه الألقاب البراقة تؤثر في أولئك الشباب الأخيار
أو يعترض علينا بمن باعوا صفقة يدهم وثمرة فؤادهم من المرتدين من حكام هذه الأمة وداروا معهم في الفتوى كيفما داروا ، وأصبغوا عليهم وعلى حكمهم الصبغة الشرعية ، ولبّسوا أمر الدين على الرعية ؟؟
أو ليس هؤلاء من أفتوا بوجوب الجهاد وأنه فرض عين إبّان الغزو الشيوعي لأفغانستان ؛ وذلك لما كان هذا يوافق أهواء أسيادهم ، حتى إذا ما تغير الحال واجتاح عُبّاد الصليب الأمريكان أرض أفغانستان أصبح الجهاد إرهاباً وتهمة ، والدفاع عن الدين والعرض تهور وفتنة !!ّ!
هؤلاء الذين تمضي على أحدهم السنون الطوال يرى بلاد المسلمين تُغزى ، والمقدسات تُدنس ؛ ثم هو لا يُكلف نفسه عناء تغبير قدميه في سبيل الله دفاعاً عن حرمات الدين وكأن سُنة العلماء في عصرنا أن يكونوا في مؤخرة الركب ، مكتفين بالأقوال والشعارات والخطب ؛ حتى إذا ما هبّ شباب الأمة للذود عن حياض الدين ، والدفاع عن أعراض المسلمين سلقوهم بألسنة حداد ، ونبذوهم بألقاب شداد ، بأنهم حُدثاء الأسنان ، وسُفهاء الأحلام !!!
أوما لهم قدوة في علماء أمتنا الذين كانوا يتسايقون إلى أرض الجهاد والرباط ؟؟؟
كأمثال العالم العابد المجاهد عبدالله بن المبارك ، وسفيان الثوري ، وأحمد بن حنبل ، وأبي اسحاق الفزاري -الذي كان يوصف بأنه مؤدب أهل القبور - وابن قدامة المقدسي ، وشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية ، وأحمد بن اسحاق السرماري الذي قال عنه الإمام الحافظ الدمشقي ( كان مع فرط شجاعته من العلماء العابدين ) والإمام الحافظ أبي أحمد االكرجي وسمي بالقصاب لكثرة ما قتل في مغازيه .
أ وما لهم أسوة في علماء المغرب حينما قاموا غيرة على هذا الدين وحكموا بكفر العُبيديين من جراء تبديلهم لشرع رب العالمين وحرضوا الأمة على قتالهم ، وقادوا الجمع على جهادهم ، ولكأني ينطبق عليهم وصف ابن العربي المالكي – رحمه الله – حين قال :
ولقد نزل بنا العدو قصمه الله سنة 527 هـ فجاس ديارنا ، وأسر جيرتنا ، وتوسط بلادنا في عدد هال الناس عدده ، وكان كثيراً وإن لم يبلغ ما حددوه ؛ فقلت للوالي هذا عدو الله وقد حصل بالشرك والشبكة ، فلتكن عندكم بركة ، ولتظهر منكم إلى نصرة دين الله المتعينة عليكم حركة ، فليخرج إليه جميع الناس حتى لا يبقى منهم أحد في جميع هذه الأقطار فيحاط به فإنه هالك لا محالة إن يسركم الله له ، فغلبت الذنوب ، وارتجفت القلوب بالمعاصي ، وصار كل احد من الناس ثعلباً يؤي إلى داره وإن رأى المكروه بجاره .
فإنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون
وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
أو يُــعترض علينا بمن إذا سمع حرمات الله تُـستباح ، وأعراض المسلمات تُـنتهك لم ينطق له لسان ولم يتحرك له جنان ، وما أن يسمع بعزم الطالبان على هدم وثن من الأوثان يُـعبد من دون الواحد الديان حتى يُسارع إلى استخدام المراتب الثلاث في الإنكار ويزعم أن هذا ليس من دين العزيز القهار !!!
أو يُـعترض علينا بمن بارك صنيع *** الروم شيراك حين أمر بنزع المسلمات في فرنسا فقال ذا شأن دخلي ولا شأن للإسلام والمسلمين في ذلك !!!
أو يُـعترض علينا بمن يقول إن الخائن المرتد علاوي ولي أمر المسلمين في العراق لا يجوز الخروج عليه !!!
أو يُـعترض علينا بمن هبّـوا يوم هلك الصليبي يوحنا بولس الثاني فسارع بالثناء عليه وذكر مناقبه وما رأيناهم ولا سمعنا أصواتهم يوم أن استشهد العالم المجاهد أبو أنس الشامي !!! ولكنّ حمزة لا بواكي له .
وأما أهل العلم الصادعون بالحق الجاهرون بالصدق فهؤلاء كممت أفواههم ، وأُسكتت أقلامهم ، وباتوا في البلاد مطاردين ، وعن أهلهم مشردين ، وأضحى جُلهم في سجون الطواغيت قابعون !!!

أين أهل العلم المجاهدون !! بت لا أراهم إلا في كتاب ، أو تحت تراب
ثم إننا نقول إن القاعدة المستقرة عند أهل العلم :
إعرف الحق تعرف رجاله ، ولا يُـعرف الحق بالرجال
فعندما دخل التتار أرض بغداد ، وقتلوا من قتلوا من المسلمين
لم نسمع أنه وقف في وجههم إلا ابن تيمية رحمه الله مع وجود العلماء والدعاة وأصحاب الحكمة المزعومة وفقه الواقع الذين وقفوا في وجه ابن تيمية .
وفتنة خلق القرآن لم يقف في وجه أصحابها إلا الإمام أحمد بن حنبل مع وجود جهابذة العلماء كابن معين وعلي بن المديني وغيرهما
فهل كان أحمد بن حنبل صاحب فتنة !!!
وإن رغمت أنوف من أُناس *** فقل يا رب لا تُـرغم سواها
واعلمي يا أمتي أنه لولا الله ثم وقوف هذه الفئة المجاهدة سداً منيعاً بوجه هؤلاء الصليبيين وأعوانهم الروافض الحاقدين لما رأيتي حال أهل السنة في العراق كما ترينه اليوم .
فنحن نعتقد :أننا طليعة الأمة، وخط دفاعها الأول ، ورأس حربتها أمام هذا الزحف الصليبي ؛ فالعمل على وقف هذا الزحف لجيوش التتار المعاصرين على أبواب بغداد هو خير للأمة جمعاء ولو تخلل ذلك حصول بعض المفاسد الصغرى .
فوالله إن خبت جذوة الجهاد فسترى الأمة بأسرها ما سيحل بها من ويلات ونكبات
كُتب القتل والقتّال علينا *** وعلى الغانيات جر الذيول
اللهم منزل الكتاب

مجري السحاب
اهزم الأحزاب وانصرنا عليهم
