الشيخ ابي مصعب الزرقاوي حفظه الله الحمد لله مُعِزِّ الإسلام بنصره، ومُذِلِّ الشرك بقَهْرِه، ومُصَرِّف الأمور بأمره، ومستدرج الكافرين بمكره، الذي قَدَّرَ الأيام دُوَلاً بعدله، وجعل العاقبة للمتقين بفضله..
والصلاة والسلام على من أعلى الله منارَ الإسلام بسيفه.
أما بعد:
فبين الفَيْنَة والأخرى، يقومُ إخواني في القسم الإعلامي، بتزويدي ببعض أخبار المسلمين المتناقلة في وسائل الإعلام المختلفة؛ المرئية منها والمسموعة، وبالأخصِّ أخبار المنتديات، وساحات الحوار الإسلامي، التي غالبًا ما تنقل أخبار المسلمين عامَّة، والمجاهدين خاصة.
وكثيرًا ما كانت تنقطع عني هذه الأخبار بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي أعيش، والتي تجعلني غالبًا في تَنَقُّل مستمر؛ مما يحرمني الاطلاعَ على كثير من أحوال الإخوة المسلمين .
وبعد انقطاع ليس بالقصير؛ يَسَّرَ الله لي في الآونة الأخيرة، أن أتابع بعض الأخبار والردود في بعض المنتديات؛ سواء ما يتعلق بأرض الرافدين عامَّة، أو ما يتعلق بالإخوة في تنظيم القاعدة خاصة.
ومما وقعت عليه عينايَ: مقالٌ للأخ الكبير الشيخ عطيَّة الله، في منتدى الحدث على شبكة الإخلاص الإسلامية، (جزى الله القائمين عليها خيرَ الجزاء)، وكان المقالُ يتضمن ردًّا من الشيخ عطيَّة الله، على بيانٍ سابق لتنظيم القاعدة في بلاد الرافدين، بشأن انسحاب القوات الإيطالية من العراق، على لسان رئيس وزرائها بيرلسكوني .
فكان لي بعضُ الوَقَفات مع هذا المقال:
1- مما يحسُن بيانه ابتداءً أن يعرف الإخوة _وهذا ليس من باب التواضع -عَلِمَ الله - بل هو حقيقة وواقع _؛ بأن الأخ عطيَّة الله هو أخ كبير لأخيكم الصغير، وأنه أيضًا هو الشيخ لا أنا، فما أنا إلا رجل من رجالات المسلمين، وجندي من جنود هذا الدين، زللي وخَطَلِي أكثر من صوابي، نسأل الله أن يُمَسِّكَني بالإسلام حتى ألقاه، وأن يختم لي بالحسنى.
فشتَّان بين من قضى شطرًا من عمره في اللهو والمعاصي، وبين من نبتت لحيته، واشتد عوده في أرض الجهاد.
2-ما قلته سابقًا متعلق بما سأقوله لاحقًا؛ وهو أن يعلم الإخوة بأن الأخ الكبير عطية الله ممن كانت له تجارب سابقة في عِدَّة ساحات جهادية، مما أَكْسَب الرجلَ -نحسبه والله حسيبه، و لا نزكي على الله أحدًا- خبرةً ثريَّة، وتجربة ناضجة، وبُعْدَ نَظَرٍ في مآلات الأمور، تؤهله بأن يُدْلِيَ بدَلْوِه، ويبديَ ما يعتقد في النوازل التي تواجه الجهاد والمجاهدين.
3-ذكر الأخ الكبير عطيَّة الله: (بأن الإخوة في العراق عندهم نوعٌ من العُجْبِ والفخر ...)
ما أريد بيانه بأن اللَّبْسَ الحاصل في هذا الأمر عند الأخ عطية الله؛ إنما هو ناتج من طريقة الإخوة في القسم الإعلامي في صياغة البيانات .
فقد يشعر الأخ القارئ بأن فيها نوعًا من التهويل، ونَفَسًا من التضخيم، فأحيانًا يذكر الإخوة في بياناتهم بعضَ الألفاظ مثل: وقُتِلَ منهم مقتلة عظيمة.. أو أحالهم أثرًا بعد عين ..وأن الأمريكان نغزوهم ولا يغزوننا ... وغير ذلك من الألفاظ والجمل المحتملة.
نعم؛ الأصل في البيانات _وخاصة المتعلقة بالعمليات التي يقوم بها الإخوة_ أن تكون دقيقة، وغيرَ مُبالغ فيها، ولكن مع تعذُّر إحصاء خسارات العدو وقتلاه، يكون هناك نوع من الاطلاقات والتعميمات في هذه البيانات؛ وإلا - والله يشهد - بأن النتائج الحقيقية لخسائر العدو في أرض المعركة أكبر بكثير مما يتصوره المسلمون.
فإني _ولله الحمد والمنة_ أباشر معظمَ الأمور مع إخواني، ومطلع على أغلب العمليات التي يقوم بها الإخوة، ويرى الشاهد ما لا يرى الغائب .
ولو أني أقسمت بالله ثلاثًا: بأن عُبَّاد الصليب قد أثخنتهم الجراحات، وأن خسائرهم بالآلاف لا المئات؛ لرجوت أن لا أكون حانثًا في يميني.
بل دعني أُجَلِّي لك الصورة أكثر من ذلك، إنه لولا امتلاك الأمريكان لسلاح الطيران لكنا اليوم في بغداد، ولما استطاعوا أن يدخلوا مدينة واحدة؛ فَضْلاً عن أن يسيطروا عليها، فلو وصفت لك حالة الجندي الأمريكي، ومدى جُبْنِه وخَوَرِه وهَلَعِه؛ لقلتَ: بأن أخي الصغير يبالغ في وصفه، وأنه تجاوز العدل في توصيفه.
4-أخذ الأخ الكبير عطيَّة الله على الإخوة التعاطي مع بعض النوازل والمواقف بطريقة جامدة، وأنه لا بد أن يكون هناك نوع من المرونة السياسية (طبعًا يقصد الأخ المرونة التي لا تخالف الشرع ) وذكر مثالاً على هذا الجمود، وهو رد الإخوة على قرار الحكومة الإيطالية بسحب قواتها.
أقول له: نعم، هذا حقٌّ، فالمرونة السياسية؛ أو لنَقُل: موازين السياسة الشرعية في التعامل مع النوازل الجهادية أو غيرها، ليس من الحكمة أن تكونَ على وَتيرة واحدة، كالغلظة والشدة دائمًا، أو اللين والرفق دائمًا، ولكن توضع الأمور في موازينها، ونصابها الصحيح، فلا حرج أن نوسِّع في شيء وَسَّعَ الشارع فيه، وكذلك لا ضَيْر أن نُضَيِّق في أمر ضَيَّق الشارع فيه.
وتقدير ذلك مرجعه إلى الإخوة، كونهم هم الذين يعايشون هذه التطورات ويباشرونها، بخلاف غيرهم ممن هو بعيد عن هذه الساحات والميادين، مما يجعل نظرته قاصرة، وغير كافية؛ لإنزال الحكم الصحيح على هذه الواقعة أو تلك، بخلاف الذي يعيش الواقعة نفسها، ويدرك تفاصيلها وأبعادها، ما ظهر منها وبان، وما خفي منها ودق.
نعم؛ قد يكون النَّفَس العام لجهادنا في العراق يميل إلى الشدة والعزيمة، وهذا أمر لا نجهله، بل نسعى لتدعيم أركانه، ونتواصى به مع إخواننا، ونحاول أن نغرسه في نفوس المسلمين في العراق وخارجه، وما ذاك إلا لميل أكثر الناس في هذه البلاد إلى الدَّعَة والراحة وإيثار السلامة.
فإني أعتقد أيها الأخ الكبير بأن الأمة بحاجة لمن يُسَعِّر لها الحروب، وينفخ فيها روح التضحية والفداء لهذا الدين، ويربطها بماضيها المشرق؛ الذي سطره أجدادنا بدمائهم، وسقوه بعزهم وكرامتهم، والذي تكفلت سنوات الكَبْت والذل الطويلة التي عاشتها الأمة؛ بمحو أثره ودَرْسِ رَسْمِه من نفوس أبنائها، فلو استطعنا أن نزيل هذا الركام الهائل من الران الذي جثم على صدر الأمة، فإننا نكون قد بدأنا بوضع أقدامنا على بداية الطريق الصحيح.
فالشدة التي أقصد، والعزيمة التي أنشد، والغلظة التي إليها أدعو وأحشد؛ إنما هي التي تكون في موضعها أصيلة راسخة، أصّلها نبينا الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم وصحابته الأبرار رضوان الله عليهم، لا الشدة والعزيمة التي سبيلها التهور والاندفاع غير المحسوب.
وأضرب لك مثالين على سبيل الذكر والاستشهاد، لا الحصر والاستطراد، وإلا فالشرح يطول، والحديث متشعب وذو شجون.
المثال الأول : أثناء أحداث المعركة الثانية التي جرت في الفلوجة، قام الإخوة بخطف ابن عم العميل إياد علاوي مع زوجته وزوجة ابنه، في محاولة لردع الخائن علاوي، من خلال الضغط عليه بهؤلاء الرهائن، وإن أَصَرَّت قوات الاحتلال الصليبي وأعوانهم على الاستمرار في قتل الأطفال والنساء في الفلوجة، عاملناهم بالمثل وقتلنا أقاربه، ولكن عندما تبين أنه ليس هناك أدنى علاقة بين الخائن علاوي وابن عمه، ولم يكن له أي مشاركة فعلية مع قوات الاحتلال الصليبي، ما كان من الإخوة إلا أن بالغوا في الإحسان إليهم، ثم قاموا بالإفراج عنهم.
الشاهد من هذه الحادثة: أنه لو كانت المسألة مسألةَ انتقام مجرد وعشوائي، غير مضبوطة بضوابط الشرع؛ لكان باستطاعة الإخوة أن يفعلوا ذلك (فتأمل).
المثال الثاني : في بعض الأحايين يترجح عند الإخوة بعض الأمارات والدلالات أن فلانًا من الناس ممن يتعامل مع الكافر المحتل، ويعين على حرب المجاهدين، فيقوموا بقتله، ثم يتبين لهم بعد ذلك أن المقتول كان بريئًا مما نُسب إليه، وأن القتل كان خطأً، فما يكون من الإخوة إلا استرضاء ولي المقتول، ودفع ديته، والاعتذار عما قاموا به من القتل الخطأ.
والله يعلم؛ بأن الأمثلة كثيرة جداً، وأن حادينا في هذا الجهاد المبارك هو: طاعة الله ورسوله، والتزام الحكم الشرعي، وإن مَدَّ الله في العمر، وبارك في الوقت؛ويسر لي الظروف , فالعزم مني منعقد على إخراج بعض الإصدارات التي تجلِّي كثيرًا من واقعنا على الساحة العراقية، وتُفَنِّد كثيرًا من الشبهات التي تلصق بالإخوة زورا وبهتانًا.
نسأل الله أن ييسر ذلك قريبا .
5- أما ما ذكرت من موضوع العجب والفخر، فهذا حقٌّ، فنحن بشر يعترينا النقص والضعف، نسأل الله أن يرزقنا التواضع، وأن يجنبنا الفخر والعجب.
فوالله يا أيها الأخ الكبير، إننا لا حول لنا ولا قوة إلا بالله، ولا نَصُول ولا نَجُول ولا نقاتل إلا به سبحانه وتعالى، فنسأله بأسمائه الحسنى أن لا يكلنا لأنفسنا طرفة عين، فإياك ثم إياك أيها الحبيب؛ أن تهمل نصح إخوانك، واحرص دومًا على تذكيرهم في هذه الأمور، فوالله إنها من العظائم، وإنها لمن المهلكات.
ولا حرج عليك، انصح بالتي تريد، بالشدة أم باللين، أيهما اخترت فلا تثريب عليك، فَحُقَّ لمثلك أن يكون ناصحًا، فوالله ما علمناك شامتًا ولا معيرًا،ولا بصاحب (حظوظ نفس) بل ناصحًا مشفقًا، حريصًا على إخوانه، ولقد كان شيخ الإسلام _رحمه الله_ من أحرص الناس على أمته، وأنصحهم لها، مع شدَّة وحِدَّة تعتريه، لا تقلل من قيمة نصيحته، ولا تضع من قدره رحمه الله، وقد قال رحمه الله:
فإن المؤمن للمؤمن كاليدين تغسل إحداهما الأخرى، وقد لا ينقلع الوسخ إلاَّ بنوع من الخشونة، لكن ذلك يوجب من النظافة والنعومة ما نحمد معه ذلك التخشين.
هذا ما يسر الله في هذه العجالة، نسأل الله لنا ولكم الثبات وحسن الخاتمة، وسلامي لك ولمن حولك من الأحباب، الذين تتوق النفس للقياهم، وترنو العين لرؤيتهم نسأل الله ان يجمعنا على طاعته.
